“Been several times, during a period of a year or so, just to pick up my online orders and my experience has been great and straight forward. I've never had more than 3 people infront of me in the queue. The staff are always trying to speed as much as possible the deliveries and if a client takes a bit longer buying extras, like myself, such as insurances and it's payments (didn't do online), they start asking the other clients queuing to pass to the other online counter. My orders are always in store tops next day. Long pick up hours 7 days a week. The whole process takes max 4 mins, 6 mins if you buy extras. No problem yet with my brought articles.”

The installation was neat, professional, and they even added a few extra features to the van which was a brilliant surprise. On top of that, Paul dropped me off at the train station so I could get back to my hotel while the work was being done, amazing customer service! “I’ve been having piano lessons with Jordan at Amplified for over 3 years now and unfortunately I’m stopping as I’m moving to University- Jordan is a brilliant teacher and his passion for music is always evident, in my lessons and in what I’ve seen of group lessons too! I have become so much more confident in my own musical abilities since having lessons here and Jordan has always been happy to discuss anything musical that I have questions about. He was a great help during my music gcse and A-level courses too as his lessons have massively developed my knowledge of musical theory, periods and composition. “I have been going to Jamm Studios for about 6 months now and it is so welcoming and inviting. The staff are very welcoming and make sure you feel comfortable. My vocal coach, Toria, is an excellent, knowledgeable teacher and has taught me so much about my voice and how I can change my tone to fit the songs genre or the story I need to portray throughout the song. She allows me to explore many different genres in music and is very encouraging by giving feedback on how to improve. Dominic and Abby are also super helpful and happy to answer any questions I have. I always look forward to my weekly lessons at Jamm Studios, and it is always so much fun and very engaging!”

“Can’t recommend this company highly enough. We called into the shop on Saturday to ask if they could repair our integrated microwave. Engineers came on Tuesday and told us they would have to order a new part. It only took a couple of days and they had the new part and installed it on Friday. We found the whole company very professional and efficient and will definitely use them again if needed.”

“I took my ancient Toshiba laptop into A1 yesterday as it had been having quite a few problems and after going above and beyond to sort out we agreed that it had had its day. I bought a refurbished laptop from there as a replacement, everything was transferred over from the old one no problem. No charge for the consultation on the old one, a very reasonable charge for its replacement abd the set up plus a warranty, couldn't ask for better. “Snips Movies is a great place, not only if you want to rent or buy movies, but also for their wide range of very reasonably priced cards. I’m in there frequently and I always find the proprietor very good to do business with. One example of this occurred today (Fri 27/6/2025): the previous day I had bought an 80th birthday card but couldn’t find it when I got home; I thought I must have dropped it somewhere and lost it. So today I returned, intending to buy another identical card; however as soon as I walked into the shop the proprietor said “You left your card behind!” and handed me the card. Wasn’t that good?! At the very least he’s as honest as the day is long, and has a brilliant memory…”

“Went today to check if they had a bike in stock and any availability to build it. They said they didn't have the bike in stock. When we said the other Halfords had it in stock but no availability to build it. They said there were quite free the young man at the till said we would need to pay the build at the other shop but they could assemble it for us which I thought was really nice. That's was top notch customer service. Something I will remember.”
