“Took my sons bike in to get the brakes checked and fixed. The young lad on the bike desk was super helpful and did a great with the bike. In and out in 10 minutes, all fixed and adjusted free of charge. Thanks for a great service. Wish I’d got the lads name to give him a personal mention.”

“Please note that 10am is only open for trade only. I had to wait till 11am to be allowed entrance. (Monday - Friday) I have attached a photo of opening times. Petrol open for anyone at anytime during their petrol opening hours however. Never really had a problem with costco or staff. Staff are wonderful.”

“It was pouring with rain as we approached and although there was no queue the entrance was blocked and staffed by a young man who shouted that only click and collect orders were being serviced. We sat in the car and placed a pre-paid order and returned to the entrance. Upon giving our order number he immediately retrieved our goods which was already labelled for me. Incredibly fast. Shame he wasn't a bit more friendly. Good parking and good price.”

“although its very close to town centre, its not too busy and you get served quickly. it sort out a lot of issus as most tool stores are on the other side of town in and this one is one of the rare ones this side and close to town centre! it has a big carpark .”

“Went to the Litherland store today. I am having a very annoying time trying to find a paint roller sleeve with a small inner tube to fit my extention pole. The staff here were so very helpful. The trick with the gaffer tape to make the fat tubes fit was very helpful indeed. Thank you for saving my sanity.”

“Usually my first port of call. Has everything from home to garden. There are shops about where you can buy DIY items, tools etc cheaper but then you've heard of the quote "buy cheap, buy twice". Items here are quality, durable and so far... unbreakable. If the product you want isn't in stock they will order it for the following day plus the late closing means you can call after work and not wait until the weekend. The staff are really helpful too.”
