“We had an incredible dining experience at The Fat Italian in Burscough! From start to finish, every dish was a delight. The starters were impressive - the garlic bread, goat cheese and pine nut bruschetta, and pane olio were all delicious and perfectly prepared. For mains, the prawn pasta was good, and the salmon and asparagus was a standout - the white sauce was absolutely amazing! But the real showstopper was the dessert! We were blown away by the Daim butterscotch sundae, it was truly unbelievable!”
