“My partner and I spent four days here, and found it to be everything we had hoped for. I was able to concentrate fully on my writing project. Not only the atmosphere, but also the actual contents of the library were very helpful and stimulating. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was sober but very nice (and even had a good writing desk, too), and the restaurant was lovely. The nearby estate offers good opportunities for walking if you need to get away from screen or paper. I hope to return before too long!”

“I have been here many many times before and each time it is just so fun, the sheer amount of places you can climb on and slides you can go down is brilliant. It has two sections, one for the older kids there and a dedicated section for I would say under 6. If your looking for a park to go to while your in the area, I would totally recommend this one!”

“Love how the 2 for £14 cocktails dont have to be the same . We tried a few of the cocktails but have to say the Caribbean dream and bubble gum pop was our favourite. The lady behind the bar was amazing and so friendly . Plenty of board games and even monopoly … love how they have paper on the table to draw on”

“Thank you for an accessible experience! We were visiting Southport as we do at least once a year from stockport. Our usual changing places toilets were closed (market hall). We were amazed to find one here so close to the other. A kind lady working there (didnt catch her name sorry) escorted us to the changing places on the first floor. We were a little pushed for time but now we know this is here we will be visiting properly to view the exhibitions. A stunning building too.”
