โWe contacted MiNight Vets after our 10 week old puppy was struggling to breathe. They asked us to bring him in where we were rapidly seen by Faye and Louise who were absolutely lovely. He was really poorly but the team looked after him so well and kept us updated throughout the evening and night. โI absolutely cannot fault the staff at this clinic. I am having fertility treatment and had my eggs collected here. I was very nervous about this and the nurses couldnโt do enough to support me. The care was second to none. Nothing is too much trouble even when I called out of hours it was not an issue and I felt so reassured and supported which is what you need. The embryologists looking after us are also wonderful people and take time to answer any questions. They also ring to update without leaving you waiting all day worrying which makes a massive difference. I would recommend care fertility to my closest friends and family without hesitation. I am also under the care of the liverpool clinic due to where I live and again I cannot fault them either. Whenever you have a query you get a response the same day if the clinic is open and it is clear that the staff are all highly skilled and knowledgable which again makes a difference when you are putting your faith and chance of being a parent in their hands. Thank you care for everything you are doing.โ

โLittle bit of waiting but expected under a labour government, but what I will say is the staff were fantastic and fair play to the woman who stitched me up at 9pm Tuesday. She was great, I canโt stand needles but she did everything should could to help, even stood her ground when a doctor refused me antibiotics. Canโt remember her name as I bled a fair wack, but what a woman and what kind staff. She was in her 50โs slight, short blonde lady, and what a tremendous lady.โ

This was our first experience at a hospital in the UK, and we feel very lucky that it happened to be here, especially since some online reviews were not great. The staff were helpful, and we felt safe and supported โ which meant a lot to us. There was no discrimination; we were all simply patients. โAfternoon tea was amazing last week, we booked a table for 12 people and were amazed how good it looked when we all arrived. Table was dressed up It had lots of xmas ribbons and lace thanks to staff member Amy. Food was just brilliant lots of fresh sandwiches, cakes and some lovely warm scones. Fresh coffee and tea offered a few times so we all had lots of fresh drinks. It made our xmas so special. Many thanks to all the staff.โ

โWhen I read some of the negative reviews regarding Gladstone Medical centre I cannot resonate with them. I have been with Gladstone for more years than I can remember and never had a bad experience. Being in my dotage has not deterred any member of staff or doctors treating me but with the utmost courtesy . The receptionists are all delightful and always greet you with a smile and โCan I help youโ ? The nurses are always there for advice along with any medical appointments. I have always found the doctors to be kind and sympathetic to my various medical conditions at any one time and although in my advancing years I have never been made to be a nuisance.โ
