We bought our little Freddie ginea pig from there and he got ill so he's had him there and took him the vets while he takes antibiotics. He has gone above and beyond and gave us lots of advice and information. My daughter is very happy and can't wait to pick him back up. Quality pet shop ✅️”

“My pug Roger started out with Vets for Pets in Speke Retail Park fro 8 weeks of age. When they closed I was transferred to this practice in Penny Lane. As always they are amazing. They are are always spot-on with diagnosis & transparent when it comes to pricing. I trust them implicitly. The team are fantastic, friendly, helpful. They do literally go above & beyond to help. As the food I’ve had to put my dog on to isn’t readily available in many places I contacted Mark on Thursday morning to ask if he could get it, Friday morning he delivered it to my door. Excellent service & correspondence from Mark in the 24hrs was second to none. I’ll definitely be dealing with him from now on.”

“Neston pet shop and grooming has now been under new ownership since July 2024. The reason I go to the shop so often is because I do my best to help raise money and get food donations to two charities close to my heart. One is Shads Legacy, dog rescue North Wales and the other is Whitegate Animal Sanctuary, Hoylake. Wirral. Jan donates a variety of animal food and treats to both charities as well as others. I love the fact that it has kept it's character of a traditional shop and It is stocking all the usual products but now has many new goodies too. I have been in a number of times and to get various items and not only are they in stock they even deliver within a reasonable distance ! If there is an item that is not in normal stock, Jan will do her best to source it for you. Jan has a vast amount of knowledge about animal care due to working with animals and animal safety previously as an RSPCA officer many years ago but also a mum of 3 dogs, sadly number 4, Sid passed away recently. The shop stocks a range of chilled treats for your dogs too and I'm sure there will be even more as the weather gets warmer. Kellie is the dog groomer. It was fascinating watching her work yesterday. It's definitely worth a visit if you have any pet needs!”
