They kindly delivered the flowers within a couple of hours for me and they are STUNNING!! Didn't hold back on flowers, and beautiful presentation. “We first met Claire at her shop in Bebbington when we were on the hunt for a Wedding florist. We gave her a budget, description of what we wanted and she helped us choose different flowers to keep in with our colour themes. She was great at keeping in touch and provided an amazing service. We were very happy with our bouquets for brides and bridesmaids, button holes, top table and venue dressing. They all looked amazing and we received comments from all guests on how lovely they looked. Thank you so much!!”

“I’ve brought up my children with this saying “ treat people the way that you’d like to be treated. If you want others to treat you with kindness and respect then you will 98% of the time! And if they don’t then shame on them…. But don’t ever let it be shame on you! “ I think some customers need to remember this as respect is a 2 way street. I’ve been behind customers who’ve been held up by kicking off at the staff. I’m sorry but what’s that going to achieve? Nothing it’s just going to make the poor member of staff feel like nothing and then they panic and make mistakes that could if been avoided had the customer of had a wee bit of patience. I’m sorry but it’s not the staff members fault for your bad day or that you’re in a rush. Would you accept that? Nobody does. I’ve never had an issue with the staff but then again I’ve got manners. I think I’m going to regret this review.”

“I've never had anything repaired, but everytime I've been in to buy something small and obscure, the owner has always had it in, and a few times has just given me it because he had loads. A nice little independent shop that has been around for years. He obviously deals with a lot of "interesting" characters in Birkenhead, so can understand some of the reviews saying he is rude - I never experienced this, but I would probably be the same after 20 years.”
