“We were recommended to them by friends. Really pleasantly surprised. Friendly lady took our order and it was correct. Food was still hot when got it home twenty mins later. We will probably get delivery next time. The food was delicious and this is why...in our opinion...it was not sitting in lots of sauces (each dish) it was not soggy. It was not full of monosodium glutamate. So, food tasted good and we were thirsty all night! Noodles, beansprouts and meat was crispier and not covered in sauces. Food was good portion sizes and under £20 for four dishes. Finally, premises looked clean and they are rated well for cleanliness.”

“By far my favourite M&S store! Easy to shop, the food hall is always well stocked and staff are available for assistance if needed. Friendly and helpful. Same in the clothes departments, well staffed, fitting rooms are always manned, staff welcoming and knowledgable of stock. Also a special thanks to Candi for going above and beyond to help with dietary needs etc 2019 **** The woman with red hair on reception was LOVELY! Last time I didn’t have a great experience but this time... wow! She was so so lovely and accommodating. After having a csection and having to arrange a lift to pets at home that day, she explained that I would have to order and come back the next day for treatment. I apologised for not knowing and explained I would need to get a lift the following day (not expecting her to change the rules) She said “you know what... we aren’t busy let me go and sort that for you. It will save you getting someone to bring you back down.” She asked me about the baby etc She was personable and so so understanding She went above and beyond out of her way to help me That is customer service at its finest!!! Well done for getting someone like her on board! It makes such a difference to your day when you come across gems like that!!! Thank you! Please make sure this feedback gets back to her!!
