The first time my phone died the day I was going away and they offered me a phone to use if they couldn’t repair mine in time. This time it was an iPad issue. “Great quality kitchens, I was deciding whether to go for Howdens or Crown but after comparing the quality it had to be Crown. I met Jav and his team, they designed the kitchen exactly how I wanted, I was given visuals which I was happy with. The kitchen was delivered on time and Jav was very helpful even when I made some last-minute changes. The builder was impressed with the quality of the kitchen units also. Overall I would highly recommend Crown kitchen to everyone looking for a quality kitchen.”

The wardrobes and desk were finished to a very high standard and the lighting both inside the cupboards and in the shelves and above the desk will be greatly appreciated when she’s studying and when she’s choosing what to wear. “I have been visiting Toolstation, Beckenham on a regular basis for nearly a year. It has become like a second home! Customer service is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. Items can be easily ordered, if not in stock and can be returned if not suitable. Michael Tasker served me today and has done on many previous occasions. He is a charming young man, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help. I was not rushed or made to feel a nuisance, especially when others were waiting. I am always treated with the utmost respect. I would also like to mention Ed, who has served me on many occasions in the past too. He has always been patient and helpful, especially when deciding which handles to choose as I was replacing all my internal door handles. It was no trouble for Ed to open several boxes of handles so I could make a decision. He also carried two huge tubs of Wallrock paste to my car, without hesitation. These two young men are a huge asset to Toolstation and I hope they will be rewarded for their excellent service. I have also been served by many other members of staff and all have given the same high standard of service. Well done guys and ladies! Thanks to all of you.”

“First class from start to finish In-toto Woking were recommended by our next neighbours who spoke very highly of the team and were delighted with their kitchen. We gave Hassan and Emily a blank sheet of paper and they came back with 3 different designs which were then presented to us and we discussed in one in some detail. We decided on the most radical design vs our current layout. We then had further very lengthy sessions with Hassan going through all of the detail. Nothing was left to chance. Once we had chosen all the appliances and had the specification detailed, we found we were significantly over budget. We were very worried, but Hassan was completely unphased and he and Emily helped us to find cheaper appliances and tweak the design until it was in budget. The whole fitting process with electricians, the plumber and decorator was closely managed by Hassan. The fitter Gavin was superb - as problems were uncovered when the kitchen was stripped back, he always had solutions and worked quickly and extremely efficiently. The quality of his workmanship more than matched the outstanding quality of the German units. We are very happy and are thorough enjoying our In-toto kitchen!”
