“Cannot fault these guys. From start to finish they were quick, clean and reassuring. The job took 2 days because of complications with my old boiler setup. The first day, two lads came over to uninstall the boiler (can’t remember their names sorry - but they both seemed great!) and then David came over to begin the install. David is a stand-up guy. Really genuinely lovely, and very knowledgeable. The second day Riley was over to assist, and was also really lovely and explained to me how to use my new system which I have set up tonight. The job was finished to a high standard and the guys cleaned up after themselves. Fantastic service and I’m really grateful to them for taking such a professional level of care.”

“Where do I start, after some disappointment from other kitchen suppliers I was recommended Net Kitchens. From start to finish, the whole process was simple and reassuring. Maj and his team were awesome and super professional, the design was miticulous and put together taking into consideration the most minute detail. The team stayed involved from start, throughout the installation and completion. The best thing is, it's all done in house no sub-contractors. Highly trustworthy, the funny thing was that i had to chase Maj throughout the project to pay him, he never mentioned payments but more worried about if I was happy with everything - Pretty 'RARE' these days. “I started looking for a new kitchen back in autumn, and it wasn’t finished until midsummer the following year — a timeline that had me wondering if I’d wandered into an episode of Midsomer Murders. There were a couple of walls being knocked down and a bathroom fit out being completed as well, thankfully, no mysterious disappearances… just the arrival of a stunning kitchen which was well worth the wait. The final product is amazing with lots of character fitting perfectly with the house and the original vision. We went with an Ashley Ann shaker-style design, and it really does look the part — solid build, classic lines, and a lovely dual colour scheme that gives the space real depth and charm. It’s both modern and timeless — exactly what we were after. BCK were excellent right from the start. The pre-sales advice was clear, transparent and honest, and we felt supported the whole way through. The planning meetings were great and detailed, so good I thought I was running the showroom at one stage. Communication was strong — no black holes (even if the draw fronts felt like they were coming via Uranus at one point). Special mention to the excellent fitting team, who came in towards the end and helped bring everything together with care, professionalism, cricket chat and Oasis riffs. They really made the difference in those final stages. All in all, a solid gold five stars. Yes, there were lots of questions, but the finished result is a beautiful, functional kitchen that’s completely transformed our home. BCK delivered — and we’re genuinely pleased we found them and thoroughly recommend them for your Project.”

When I was looking for worktops, Mo was generous with his time and expertise in his showroom in Watford, and advised me not only only the worktops themselves but gave me advice about my kitchen renovation in general, as I’ve put it in myself. He arranged a template appointment for me which was carried out by a very knowledgable and helpful professional, and the fitting team who came two weeks later were equally as impressive. They listened to me, and patiently waited while I frantically made last minute changes to the shape of one of the rows of cabinets (completely my fault) and kindly and carefully accommodated those changes without any issues. I had no idea why it wasn't powering up and they could have told me any old thing and charged me a fortune but these guys are honest and efficient and cheap.
