Not only did she confidently know all the genders, she even knew the Individual temperaments of each hamster. This is a different experience to the other pets at home branches I had been to.”

“Anthropologie is one of my wife’s favourite stores but she’s so busy that she tends to buy online & it’s my task, as her Man Friday, to go in-store to return or exchange items. It’s always a pleasure to visit their beautiful on curated stores & they do make returns exceptionally easy & the staff are always absolutely lovely & also helpful. I guess they take pity on me as an old man burdened with an unenviable task, but to tell you the truth I enjoy it (whilst pretending not to)!”

“Bought 6 ember tetras here about a month ago. Despite it being nearly closing time, the staff were ever so helpful and friendly. They also showed genuine care for the fishes - they ensured that I had a fully matured fish tank of reasonable size and setting. They also gave me recommendations on where I could get good Indian Almond Leaves to manage the pH. I also saw them reject an inexperienced customer who wanted to keep fishes in a fish bowl (the fish will likely suffer), and for that, I highly respect them. The ember tetras are doing well - sorry for the algae-stained glass in the very bad picture!”

The manager took the time out to cancel an online order for us so that we could repurchase everything we needed to take our little guy home with us immediately. “Has most of the items you would need for various pets. I have a ball python and the staff an knowledgeable about them and have the frozen rats i need for food. Staff all seem like genuine pet lovers/animal lovers which goes a long way in these kind of stores. Shoped here for many years for dog/snake/guinea pigs. Always helpfull.”

“This is a large store on two levels on Oxford Street. The main floor has women's fashion. And, cards, daytimers and other useful articles and gadgets near the cashier desk. Men's clothing and some more wemen's are on the basement. The store is focussed on the younger men and women. It is a nice store. The displays are not crowded.”
