“Hotel is in great location, easy to access via public transport. Room was spacious and surprisingly quiet even the room faced busy roads. Every member of staff was kind and accomodating from check in. Breakfast had plenty of options, from cooked meals to cereals. Plus point that they serve coctails as well. It was a great stay. “We stay at a lot of Premier Inn’s when going on mini-breaks with the kids and this is probably the favourite one we’ve stayed in. Excellent location, close to Warner Bros / Harry Potter tour. Room (Quad / Family) was clean and spacious. Great air conditioning too. Breakfast (cooked by Frank) was delicious and well presented (Eggs were cooked to order). All of the staff (especially Marie/Maria) were pleasant, friendly and very helpful. The whole place had a nice, relaxed vibe. Would definitely recommend.”

“This is our second time staying and it has been brilliant. The room size is brilliant, great value for money and very clean. The hotel manager and his staff have been fantastic. Wi-Fi works well but mobile data also works. Located a stones throw away from the train/tube station and a large variety of shops and food options, I absolutely recommend this hotel.”

“I’ve stayed here once before and had such a good experience we came back! Stayed here with my 2 children and honestly I can say that the staff have been AMAZING! Big shout out to Megan, who was amazing, so kind, smiley and so helpful, a real blessing!(This is a bonus when travelling solo with two young kids)! The rest of the staff were brilliant too! So helpful and you can tell that they are genuinely happy to work here! The room was great, and I will definitely be coming back!”

“I had a wonderful stay at 100 Queen’s Gate Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of. The hotel is beautifully designed. Our room was spotless, well cleaned and arranged, spacious, and beautifully decorated. peaceful and relaxing the atmosphere was. we can’t wait to return.”

“Stayed for two nights a week ago and found 99.9% of everything to our liking. (0.1% taken off owing to the miniscule sheet size of the toilet paper!!) Central position with a Macs and M&S next door!! Adjacent carpark (separate company) clean and plenty of spaces, plus, owing to the hotel's current building work, the barrier was not in use so we just drove in and parked up, having pre-paid. Would stay again (and bring my own toilet roll!!)”

“This is a grand hotel. Impeccable service. Very helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Rooms are very quiet. Bed are grand and rooms adequate. Location is fabulous, as it sits across from Hyde Park. Two tube stops nearby, only a few steps from the hotel entrance. Restaurants within two blocks provide varied menus, which is good since restaurant at the hotel has a limited menu and subpar service. Highly recommended overall.”

“From the moment I arrived at the London Marriott Regent’s Park, I was an emotional wreck. I had just discovered that the home I’d booked through Booking.com was suddenly unavailable, leaving my family and me stranded with two small children in a foreign city. “Hotel was great from the staff to the room cleanliness. My hubby is a diamond member and we got upgraded to a queen premium corner room which had a pretty view. It was my birthday and they had a lovely note written for me on the desk. There was also a piece of cake as well! However, the location didn’t seem that convenient for tube access. Most of the places we wanted to go had us always using the Westminster station which was 17-20 minutes away from the hotel. Pimlico station is about 10 min away but it was never an option when we looked up directions. Maybe I’m just used to the NYC subway system where there seems to be entrances everywhere. Side note: This has nothing to do with the hotel, but we were walking back from dinner the first night, maybe 2-3 or so blocks away from the hotel, when some (insert explicit word here) on an e-bike came up from behind and snatched my husbands phone right out of his hand! So even though it is a nice quiet area, please be careful!”

After a frustrating run-in with Monzo (looking at you, Cookie Monster vibes), where I felt wrongly judged—like a criminal when I’m actually a pensioned-off Royal Marine Commando battling health woes—I rolled up here needing a reset. And reset they delivered, Per Mare Per Terram style. Natasha, Roni, and Ouqhiba? Absolute legends—caring, efficient, and spot-on, like the ultimate “good wife” squad every traveler dreams of when stress hits hard. They handled everything with warmth and zero judgment, reminding me of that timeless wisdom: Know thyself, love thyself, love thy neighbor, and never judge a book by its cover. True pros who turned my freeze-up into a thaw-out. The room was spotless and comfy, but the real MVPs were the seabass (flaky perfection) and crisp apple juice at dinner—simple, satisfying fuel for the soul. Revolut sorted my payments smoothly, no drama. Premier Inn, you nailed it. God bless you all—book here and breathe easy. 10/10, no hesitation.”

“Hotel staff were all very friendly and the location of the hotel was very convenient (close to Stratford Metro station & westfield shops etc). Rooms were clean and spacious. As the room I was in was on the side towards the station, it can be loud (notice when entered) however it didnt impact my stay or sleep. Got used to the sound and it blended into the background after I unpacked etc they also provided complimentary earplugs in the room which was very thoughtful. I was also able to leave my luggage with the reception prior to checking in. Would return to stay again :)”

“The DoubleTree by Hilton is conveniently located near Prince Regent and Pontoon Dock DLR stations, as well as London City Airport. Situated right next to the London Excel and overlooking the Gallions Point Marina, it offers an ideal setting for both leisure and business visitors. My family and I visited for a Christmas get-together meal, and our experience was excellent from the start. The entrance is welcoming, with cheerful and attentive staff ready to assist. Opposite the reception is a mini-store stocked with essential goods, though prices are on the higher side. There are inviting breakout areas for guests who wish to work or have a quiet chat, set apart from the bar and restaurant. These spaces are conveniently located near the spotless, well-maintained restrooms. The spacious bar offers a wide selection of drinks, although port and sherry options were limited during our visit. Depending on the events at the Excel, the atmosphere remains pleasantly peaceful, making conversation easy. Comfortable and plentiful seating adds to the relaxed ambience. The servers were attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and provided excellent hospitality, with a special mention for Lucas. He took the time to clarify menu choices, which was a thoughtful touch. Guests can choose from both bar and restaurant menus, with prices more reasonable than many other London restaurants. I particularly enjoyed the Cajun wings, and was delighted to find that, in addition to sorbet for guests with dietary restrictions, a delicious passion fruit tart was available. Portion sizes for the main courses were generous and satisfying. Even as crowds from the Excel arrived later, the lively atmosphere enhanced the experience without becoming overwhelming. For sports enthusiasts, there is also a large TV for viewing. Overall, I highly recommend visiting for drinks or a meal—it's a standout choice compared to other venues in the area.”

“What a breath of fresh air! Having toured the big chain bed stores, I happened into Vic Smith Beds. I must say the staff are very friendly and helpful. From purchase to delivery in 2 days!! The delivery team are excellent very careful and even took my old bed away free of charge. I just wish more companies provided this level of service. Thank you so much. I thought I would ad a little update to my review. I have had my bed for some time now and it is still as comfortable as ever, definitely one of my better buys. I always recommend Vic Smith Beds to my friends and a few have bought. Although I will have to urge them to post a review to spread the word of the super service and that it pays to shop local!!”

“From the moment we arrived at the Bensons for Beds - Charlton store we realised how friendly and helpful the staff were. Tyrone made our experience of finding our dream mattress and bed exceptional. He explained all of our options and showed us everything they had available based on our requirements. We knew what we wanted mattress-wise but he made sure that he explained to us about the different headboards, divan bases and storage options. “We have been using DSL for nearly 10 years and are the only place we go for our kitchens and wardrobes. We develop high end flats in SW London and the service we receive from start to finish is top notch. The designer integrates seamlessly with our site team to co-ordinate drawings and surveys. We're always kept up to date with delivery and install dates, the install team are quick and efficient and work with us if there are any unforeseen issues on site. The estate agents use our flats as the benchmark to show other developers what they should be doing to be competitive, and the kitchen is key to that. The quality of the kitchens is so good, I have one in my house!”

We were a little bit early but she greeted us with a huge smile and swiftly went through the checking in process. We had a quick pint before going to the room. Sanjeev served us our drinks. “I arrived early to get changed for a wedding and your systems were down but Sarah sorted everything out for me, got me into a room to be able to get changed. She was so helpful. In the morning Claire was on duty and the breakfast was really busy, she sorted me out and was so friendly and helpful. A great experience.”

“We stayed here for 5 nights as a family of four. It was was a lovely spacious room with ample space for what we need especially as we mainly used it to sleep as we were out most of the time. The staff were really friendly especially at breakfast, our first couple of days it was really busy but the staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was constantly being topped up and was fresh. I really liked they did gluten free bread on request.”

“Regular stayer. Pretty much faultless. The rooms are spotless and the housekeeping ladies do an excellent job turning a room around even in busy times. Front of house is a bit dated now but the service provided by the staff is excellent very happy to accommodate even the most tiresome of visitors. Nothing is too small or big for all the staff who are very attentive and have a great positive attitude. Jesvil is very good as the manager, and has his staff/colleages are a tribute to him. Great team. Ultimate Wi-Fi is faultless too.”
