I explained how I suffer with swollen feet and ankles and am unable to wear the many pairs of hotter shoes and boots I own. She listened to my needs and went above and beyond in helping me. She was empathic, caring, genuine and nothing was too much trouble. This member of staff is an absolute credit to Hotters, the service and trouble she took was exemplary. She sold me 1 pair of boots and I also ordered another pair in black. My feet aren't cold, I'm comfortable and I had a very touching experience with an absolutely amazing member of staff. “The store is a very well organised to begin with. The sections of the shoes and sandals and casual wear are nicely presented and there is considerable variety of quality options. The office has its own line of shoes also which are of great quality and I bought one pair for formal wear and the quality and manufacture of the product is excellent and I can say that with some credibility because I have many pairs of very good quality formal wear shoes. The staff is very helpful and kind. The store assistants are very efficient despite of it being very busy all the time. Over all I am very happy and I recommend it.”

“As a regular customer, I felt I needed to respond to Ashfar Azfar’s review because I’m in this store constantly buying sports clothes for my children, and the staff have always been nothing but patient, helpful, and genuinely kind. I actually came here to leave a positive review, but after reading yours — and having watched the entire situation unfold — I couldn’t ignore it. You were rude, you swore at the staff, and then you came back for your receipt as if nothing had happened. If the store is so “rubbish,” why were you so desperate for your £2 socks? You were second in the queue, not stuck for hours, and the staff were short‑handed, doing their best during Christmas — the busiest time of the year — while also dealing with the extra pressure of the store closing soon. Most customers manage to show patience and basic respect; clearly you don't have those qualities. Your cheap socks and bad manners say far more about you than they ever will about the staff or the store.”
