They did make me feel a bit reluctant to buy at first because they don't do refunds you can only exchange and if it's not a shop you regularly use then it can be off putting. Glad to say thought once purchased and got home and tried the dress with accessories etc it looked amazing.”

“I booked this hotel for one week, and I was especially impressed with the receptionist, Nadia, who was so friendly and kind. However, when my key didn’t work, one of the ladies, who is a supervisor, didn’t help me and told me to wait until the reception people arrive. I waited more than 15 minutes. It was not a great experience, but after that, Nadia helped me so much and let me into my room. The hotel's location is great, and the reception staff are very kind and lovely.”

“Very nice pub. Very good and affordable price with good food. Exceeded expectations. Nancy was amazing and was so friendly and welcoming, felt like I’d known her for years as a friend when we’d only just met that’s how lovely she was. Mike was our chef and did a good job ! There was a tombola going on for Thames Hospice which was fun in which I won something ! Pool table there also as well as claw grab teddy machines. Thank you for a lovely time Mike and Nancy. Xxx”

“Best place to stay! We stayed there for a few days and the service was amazing, better than a lot of hotels I've been to. Although it was evening, as soon as I called they picked up in a matter of seconds! The rooms are luxurious and definitely worth the price with great facilities such as a kettle microwave,iron and iron board!”

“This is my first time I visit this shop and tried chicken hot with tandoori chicken pizza which is extra ordinary good and delicious. I recommend 100 percent and staff are very caring and welcoming. Shop is also very hygienic.”

I can honestly recommend Lavazza Eco Pod coffees because they are fully recyclable, the coffee is delicious and the customer service 2nd to none.
