“We had to make an emergency appointment after one of our dogs trod on a hornet. It was immediately clear he had a nasty reaction. We were so thankful that we were fitted in to see Sam. She was so good with our nervous rescue dog. He was clearly distressed and in pain, but Sam's gentle and patient approach allowed her to examine him comprehensively. She gave clear guidance about the treatment plan, and we were clear about what to keep under observation over the next few days. Our dog recovered, during the timescale Sam predicted.”

“I arranged to see Tony regarding tightness and soreness in my hamstring/glutes which I have had for a couple of years. After an initial chat where I mentioned other injuries and problems with my leg, Tony gave me a whole body MOT. As well as working on my leg, he found the old injuries in my back and shoulder which he gently but effectively re aligned. After a second session where he intensely worked my leg, it feels much more comfortable with increased flexibility. I felt very comfortable with Tony, who is genuinely very caring and clearly very knowledgeable. The Chi Clinic has a relaxed and friendly feel about it rather than sterile and impersonal. I would happily go back for regular maintenance.”

“Yesterday my son who is 5, who has autism and is non-verbal had a dental operation which went very well however, it was the care that was so amazing by the nurses, receptionist and the doctors. I couldn’t thank them enough, his mum was very nervous reassured her and made her feel comfortable, l the nurses understood that my son had sensory issues and made him feel comfortable, happy and didn’t try to put him through too much. showing him visuals of what they were doing before actually doing it ie putting cream on him and bandages. The doctors were great, Anaesthesiologist was great at explaining and open to questions. The doctor checking him before we were discharged was also fantastic and informative as well as you could sense again she cared and was a mother herself. They cared about his wellbeing and they did it with a smile.”

“I think this is the best GP practice around, the reception staff are always so helpful and supportive. You hear so many stories about receptionist at GP's being difficult but I have only ever experienced professionalism and kindness from them. You can book appointments ahead of time so none of the calling first thing in the morning to wait in a queue to be told no more appointments. I have also been fitted in as emergency on a few occasions.”

“I visited the Boots Pharmacy store located at 2, Station Road, Cheam, Sutton, Surrey SM3 8SW (UK) on 18/08 to purchase some medication for my son (who could possibly be at risk of anaphylaxis due to repeated wasp stings. I keep emergency medication on hand in the event he is stung by a wasp again whilst we wait for a referral to an allergy specialist). My son was due to spend the weekend with his father, who had mislaid the medication that I had previously supplied. I spoke to the pharmacist, Sana, who advised me according to my son's needs and as I was due to make payment - I broke down into tears and was unable stop or catch my breath. She asked if I wanted to go into her consulting room, to which I agreed and she accompanied me in, sat me down, gave me tissues, listened to me talk, listened to my fears about my son being stung again by a wasp, hugged me and then gave me further professional medical advice (which I will follow up). After approximately 10 minutes I regained composure, paid for the medication and left. I suppose the point of this lengthy review is not only to illustrate her professionalism, knowledge and customer service, but also her humanity. If she had let me leave the store in a state of panic and anxiety, I could have easily not paid attention to crossing the road (for example) or crashed my car etc Her actions made a huge impact on me and I will be revisiting the store to thank her myself and I feel extremely strongly that she should be recognised for her actions.”

“My 9.40am appointment was obtained at the 8.30 slot for booking an appointment. Though in queue it took only 5 mins to get my appointment. I was seen just after 9.40am by Dr Pardhanani who is organising a hospital appointment in the next 2 weeks hopefully. Really pleased with the care offered also noting the friendliness of the receptionist.”

“I’ve had my son here, and the birthing experience was excellent. The support for breastfeeding and mental health was fantastic - the staff were caring and attentive every step of the way. I’ve also had abscess drained here twice over the years, and each time the care and skill of the team were outstanding. I truly appreciate how professional and compassionate everyone is. In my opinion, this is a great hospital that genuinely looks after its patients!”

“Have always found Doctors, Nurses, and Receptionists being very helpful and professional in their ways of my needs. Since Covid-19 my month medications have become worse due to no more Repeat Prescriptions ticked for collection. Computers now decide. Receptionists are the only way I can obtain what's not been obtained, causing more work for them. Receptionist are much respected and am grateful for their assistance.”

“Well, what an experience. There is a very long wait and process to be seen, assessed and treated. I spent nearly 8 hours there. The queue started when I was trying to park in the visitor's car park. It takes a couple of hours before a nurse sees you and takes your blood pressure, pulse and temperature. Then another couple of hours later, a nurse takes some blood samples. Then it's another 2 hours before the results return. You are then seen by a doctor who discusses your situation and possible treatments or further investigations. There are a lot of patients there, all with their own problems and issues, all in need of urgent treatment. So, in the end, the wait is worth it as you get seen and your treatment can begin. I was given antibiotics and asked to return for a scan. The staff, nurses and doctors are very helpful and friendly. Next time, I will park nearby and walk as had to pay £20 for the car park.”

“A great surgery. They always do their best to fit you in and the receptionists are always lovely. I recently saw Dr Moore. He was amazing, I didn’t feel rushed, I felt listened to and felt like he genuinely cares about his job. We need more doctors like him! Also all the female doctors I have seen are great and Dr Croucher.”

“It is like in any GP SURGERY, you hve to find a dr that understands you and that is willing to give you the time of day to talk about yr problem(s). Then you ask for the doctor whom you trust and who will do the best for you. The rest is easy, but it takes time and you hve to insist to see the dr that knows you best. Personalities don’t always see eye to eye. So that is why I gave a 5 star rating. The patient has to work until they find the right dr. And the NHS RULE OF LAW is that you can see any dr of yr choice. Reception cannot force a patient to see a particular dr. Just insist on who you want to see, and you do not hve to explain why you don’t want to see the dr you were allocated to. Sometimes personalities just do not click.”

“Couldn't believe the bad reviews on here. I get regular medication here and it is always available and always ready for me to pick up. The pharmacist is always willing to have a private chat regarding any ailments. I do shop at Sainsbury's so fit pharmacy visit around shopping.”
