“Thank you Angelo for preparation and organisation of the last 2 exams. It was handled professionally and with a lot of passion. I was very glad that the teacher was able to run the exam smoothly under a lot of pressure, including some false accusation and childish behaviour from a student during the exam. In the end the exam was complete successfully and we are all very thankful for Angelo for all of his hard work”
“Able to buy a perfect pair of shoes , just what I wanted and comfortable. Probably the most expensive pair of shoesI have bought but worth it. Lovely shop and helpful assistant.”
“From the moment we arrived, our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton London-Chelsea was absolutely fantastic. The service was flawless, and the entire property was impeccably clean. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. Every staff member was friendly, incredibly helpful, and genuinely engaging. We were especially grateful for the unexpected and very helpful early check-in they arranged for us, which made a huge difference to our trip. A special mention and huge thank you must go to Neha, Rev, Shahrul, Aqil, Nashid, Revanth, and Mehmet for their super service. They truly made our visit memorable. As an unexpected, delightful surprise, we also received extra cookies as a gift—and they were super good and yummy! It was such a thoughtful touch that capped off the great service. This is definitely a place I would stay again in the future, without hesitation. Highly recommended!”
“Small but cosy rooms with high-quality sheets and towels. The staff are pleasant, and the breakfast is very good. The cookies at reception are excellent. Do note that laundry charges incur an additional 20% VAT on top of the listed prices. Also, if it’s raining, be prepared to navigate a few puddles on the short walk to Ealing Broadway.”
“Me and my friend had bottomless brunch here yesterday and we had such a lovely time. The food was so nice, the restaurant is stunning and it was a nice atmosphere. A huge thank you to our waiter Radu for making our experience at the restaurant memorable, he was so friendly, polite and attentive, an outstanding waiter.”
“We had a great stay for 4 nights. Room was cosy and clean and it has all needed facilities (except of teaspoons but we received them in reception). Staff was friendly and helpfull. Localisation was really convenient: less than 30 minutes walk to Westminster Abbey or Big Ben and just 5 minutes to Victoria Coach Station. I highly reccomend this hotel if you want to have comfort stay in a reasonable price. I have to admit that I've never slept in such a comfortable bed!”

“Fantastic food! I had the mixed fish and my partner had the mixed grill. It was phenomenal. They have a lovely kids menu too; my daughter had the tomato penne pasta which she loved. The cocktails are delicious and the restaurant atmosphere and decor is lovely. Highly recommend!!”
“Food was amazing!!! Everything is cooked fresh as you order so it takes about 15/20 minutes. Absolutely worth the waste. Tequeños were very crunchy and not oily at all. We had the area with pork scratchings. It was huge and delicious. Service was extremely friendly. We might be making Los Chamos a weekly lunch thing....”
“Really glad I stumbled on this shop! A nice little corner shop nestled away from the pandemonium of Kings Cross station. Beautifully made schnitzel sandwiches and salads and super friendly staff. The deli has an arrangement of food that suits lunch time. Take away or eat there on one of the tables out the front. I had a pesto schnitzel pasta salad, the pesto was delicious and tasted home made.”
“A lovely little restaurant with beautifully presented food and great service. The rice pudding was delicious. I'll definitely be back.”
“Had the mushrooms on sourdough and my boyfriend had the big breakfast. Both incredible, flavours were amazing and tasted like the highest quality foods were used. Prices were very reasonable - will definitely be back!”
“I love eating in this restaurant. The food is cooked fresh to order and the fish is fresh and delicious. I love variety of fish, the refills of chips and yummy traditional puddings. The staff are so lovely and welcoming too.”
“My wife and I visited St Leonard's for the first time, for Saturday brunch (30th August). We were warmly greeted by Terry (?) and from there on it, the whole experience was fantastic. Annabel (?) made sure we were always happy with everything and we absolutely were. Good menu, fair price, presented impressively (both the food and interior), it's a venue we intend to visit regularly and we highly recommend it. Great ambience - chilled. Background music suited the time of day and was not overpowering, either. You can see the huge amount of effort this business puts into their offering. Lovely!”
“I had my second visit at this salon and I cannot express enough how much I enjoyed it both times. Claudia and James are not just true professionals but also amazing human beings, very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. James made my hair look absolutely amazing. 100% recommend!”
“My partner and I dined at Smoke & Salt to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. We opted for the “Culture” tasting menu. Every dish was exquisitely presented and perfectly seasoned. All came out in good time even though it was a Saturday evening. What made it really special was the hospitality of the restaurant staff. The chef came out and welcomed us and explained each dish to us. You can tell the genuine passion they have for food at this restaurant, and every dish is made with precision and care. The atmosphere of the restaurant was perfect for us as it was a peaceful environment and we could have a conversation easily, which you don’t get with many restaurants in London! The ambience of the restaurant, the attentiveness of the staff and the quality of the food really makes for a special and unforgettable experience. Fantastic from start to finish.”
“We had a wonderful lunch here with our team! Fresh and delicious food, great atmosphere and amazing service!”
“We availed of their Bottomless Brunch deal and it was simply marvellous! Food is of the utmost highest quality and not entirely what you’d expect when people say buffet. Their sashimi were very fresh and all their portions were huge! All of their staff were also very warm and attentive with one in particular - this lady named Nicole - who basically anticipated and intuited our every need. Overall, wonderful experience!!!”
“We organised our Christmas dinner, decoration and atmosphere were amazing. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. The service was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and truly made the evening special. Thank you for making our night so memorable. We will definitely be coming back!”
“We were a group of 4 adults and 2 young kids that visited Medlar for lunch on a Sunday. The décor did feel a bit formal but the friendly staff helped to create a relaxed atmosphere. They offer a price fixe menu of between 1 and 3 courses (with an optional extra cheese course), which felt refreshingly old school in this era of sharing plates that we all live in. Between the 4 adults, we tried out the crab raviolo and slow cooked rabbit starters, followed by the roast quail, calf’s liver and roast guinea fowl mains. For dessert we shared the tart tatin, crème brulee and warm chocolate mousse. The food was beautifully presented and quite flavourful as well. From the starters we tried the crab raviolo was the clear winner, all the mains seemed similarly good, while the tart tatin was an excellent finisher to the meal. I must give special mention to the kid friendliness of the place, as this is not what I expected after reviewing the published menu online which wouldn’t appeal to younger kids. They were very accommodating to our children and offered to tailor make a dish using any mix of items on the menu at a reasonable price of £20. On that note the service was a real highlight of our meal, all the staff we interacted with seemed so genuine and friendly. The bill for the 6 of us came to £414 of which £92 was spent on drinks. The set price per adult of £58 for 3 courses is a relative bargain in this part of town (note that the price does vary based on time of the week, even though very similar menus are on offer), even more so once you consider their very generous servings of complementary bread as well as the chocolate truffles after our meal. On the whole an excellent meal in a place with old worldly charm and with so many tempting items on the menu yet to be tried, I will certainly be back in future…”
“Incredible lunch! Not only the food was insanely delicious, but also the service was impeccable. Everyone is so nice, genuine and welcoming. Not wondering why the restaurant is there since a long time! The care of the team in every single detail is second to none. Favourite restaurant ever!”
“Absolutely stunning food!Had the full tasting menu. Every single course tastes amazing! The whole dining experience was fantastic. The amuse bouche was served in the bar area, and then we were led to the dining room. The dining tables are big and between tables it is very well spaced. The service is very professional. The environment is very well designed and decorated. Guests can watch the chefs cooking in the open kitchen. The taste of the food is complicated also very well balanced. My favourate dishes are lobster rice, quail, fish stew and the wagyu.”
“Incredible food and wine for date night! Empty plates for both of us, it was all delicious. Lovely small local restaurant, recommend booking.”
“Absolutely outstanding. One of the best tasting menus I have ever tried. The food just kept coming, plating was beautiful and the flavour were unusual but complemented each other perfectly. So well-balanced.”
“I almost never write reviews, but Trio Cafe is so good! I always get the Turkish breakfast or fry up, my wife loves their omelette and jacket potato. Great value and flavours, food is ready fast. Neigbourhoodly vibe. Employees are kind and efficient.”
“We visited Luso Flavours yesterday and had such a lovely experience! The owner is so kind, friendly & even taught me a bit of Portuguese! The food was great and would recommend visiting.”
“Best bar & lounge in hendon 10/10”
“Lovely new place to enjoy roti chanai …we tried the fish & mutton curries, both cooked perfectly, nice & spicy. Rotis were freshly made, authentic & crispy, perfect with the curries! Don’t miss this gem in Winchmore Hill!”
“Visited for an anniversary meal. We had the tasting menu, and so nice to have a menu created for vegetarians rather than as an afterthought. Service was attentive and friendly, but never intrusive. Food was wonderful - a marvellous and memorable evening for us.”
“The food arif Hossain served was really good and amazing tasty. And the till person jeel ka patel behaved with me helpful as well.. Thank you so much you all”
