“Have my kitchen from this Company, very reliable supplier with excellent customer service manners. My kitchen arrived on time without any damages and of good quality. Needed some extra shelf, David was very helpful - not only got one for me, but also delivered it for free. Will need some more units in a future - will not hesitate to place my order with MDK. Would highly recommend! We are really missing such customer's approach nowadays, thank you Dave so much!”

“A well-run family business selling a wide range of grocery, confectionary and other products at good prices. The space is well set out and lit, and it is always spotlessly clean and well-organised. Offering drop off and collection of Evri parcels is also a boost. The staff are incredibly helpful. Highly recommended.”

“I was in store during the day of the mask situation stated below and I can say the lady was opening multiple packs of masks so she was politely asked not to open them all and to only open one pack before paying, she then become majorly aggressive towards several members of staff that the staff member serving me behind the till pressed their emergency response button to get the police to the shop, the lady was nearly arrested as she was threatening staff and other customers!! However the store in general was clean tidy & the staff that were in were very friendly!”

“Took my BMW for MOT, brake pads replacement & service, also I’ve had problem with my air condition it didn’t work - last year took my car to other car garage in Croydon who call themselves BMW specialists and told them about air condition And when I came to collect my car they’ve told me that they looked at the air condition and told me what I already knew that it doesn’t work And charged me £50 for telling me that. They’ve Told me that whole dash board needs to be removed in order to Spot the issue and it may be a matter of hundreds of pounds. Mr Kabir personally took a care of my car He’s highly skilled Mechanic with tons of experience and he knows BMW’s inside out. All work done on my car with great precision and care, on top of that it took Mr Kabir 15 minutes to fix the air condition i was shocked and couldn’t thank him enough knowing that my car was in a good hands of highly skilled professional Thank you so much Mr Kabir job worth 10 stars”

The shelves are filled regularly due to high demand and since Tesco got back on track there is plenty of great value products. The staff are great and work hard. Go after rush hour and they are chilled and friendly, like other people. Just need a bigger a Tesco for the area.”

“I had been in search of a new dining table for a few months and having not ventured into Croydon Centre for over a year was unaware that there is a great Next Outlet store in the Centrale Centre. Now when I say that this is a great store let me clarify, whilst the store is well stocked it is not your high-end retail store but it makes up for its shortcomings with a fantastic team of customer service personnel. I found a team of three young ladies moving, wrapping and selling large items of furniture, seemingly all at once, these ladies were taking the multi-tasking skill to a whole new level. Laura, Seratu and Teressa are truly a force of nature and if you need an example of exemplary customer service then look no further, I received absolutely first class service from Seratu when purchasing my Laura Ashley side table, as I needed to know the original price and material and she took the time to look up the item online and provide me with the requested information which allowed me to make an informed choice and purchase an item I had no intention of buying when I entered the store. If you are in need of furniture or clothing you would be crazy not to check out some of the great deals available at the Next Outlet Store in Croydon, located on the ground floor of the Centrale Shopping Centre. “A standard large Tesco with all that entails. Elmers End station is right next door. Pretty good bus links too. Costa cafe inside and public toilets. Petrol station outside, lots of parking”

“I visited yesterday early afternoon and had a bit of a medical crisis and I passed out and hit my head in the first isle on the fridge… initially a fellow costumer heard it and screamed for security as I was still out. I came through quite quick which at that point the lady had already had an elderly man come over as well in which they both asked me if I needed anything and I said anything with High sugar like a coke in which the older gentleman went and got for me. Staff from the store and Asian man (sorry didn’t catch his name) came over and checked on me multiple times in which after like the fourth time he asked me if I would like to go to there office and sit on one of the chairs as I was still on the floor. They looked after me well and didn’t make the situation awkward at all. Even after I felt better and went to continue my shopping a lady that works there even offered to hold my basket for me in which I politely declined cause they had already done enough. I wish I knew how to contact Tesco head office to inform them of the amazing service and way this team treated me yesterday. Sorry I didn’t say it at the moment as I was still a bit dizzy/confused but thank you all for your help.”

“I've been to this Tesco Express store about 5 or 6 times this year (2025) and all the staff I've met are always polite, friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked with Tesco-branded products and big name brands, the prices are fair and well displayed with prices, there is always a parking space available and the ATM machine outside is well-maintained. They always give me my purchase receipt without me needing to ask for it and they always ask if I have a clubcard (other Tesco Express stores need to learn from this team here). 5 stars.”
