There is always a lovely atmosphere and " the girls" make me feel welcome whatever time of day. I have been " styled" by the same 2 girls in all that time. ( Both having been off on maternity leave at various times). Both have always listened to my style and colour choices throughout the years, and always accommodate them, but offering constructive ideas of their own..... Which always turn out to be good ones!”

“I cannot rate Longcroft high enough! Daisy is an absolute dream person to leave your furry friends with while you are away. She is so nice and easy to deal with and the service she provides is fantastic. We had regular pictures and updates on how our two were doing while we were away, which is so reassuring. We have two young, indoor cats who had never been away from home before. So were a bit worried about how they would adapt but we need not have worried! Daisy won them over in no time and they had a lovely holiday, while we had peace of mind to enjoy ours.”

“It was my first time visiting this shop yesterday. I purchased samosas and vada pav. They are best heated at home. The people serving were very polite and helpful. The samosas were absolutely lovely and the vada pav was excellent and a great level of spice to it. Reminds me of the ones in Bombay. The vada pav here is so much better than SKVP. I will definitely be buying it again. Highly recommend it.”

“My husband had had hip surgery on Boddington Ward and received fantastic care from all the nurses and auxiliary staff. Everyone was kind, professional and attentive, which made such a difference to his recovery. Also a special thanks to Candi for going above and beyond to help with dietary needs etc 2019 **** The woman with red hair on reception was LOVELY! Last time I didn’t have a great experience but this time... wow! She was so so lovely and accommodating. After having a csection and having to arrange a lift to pets at home that day, she explained that I would have to order and come back the next day for treatment. I apologised for not knowing and explained I would need to get a lift the following day (not expecting her to change the rules) She said “you know what... we aren’t busy let me go and sort that for you. It will save you getting someone to bring you back down.” She asked me about the baby etc She was personable and so so understanding She went above and beyond out of her way to help me That is customer service at its finest!!! Well done for getting someone like her on board! It makes such a difference to your day when you come across gems like that!!! Thank you! Please make sure this feedback gets back to her!!
