James did me a root colour and blow dry -he was lovely, friendly and very knowledgable. He achieved exactly what I asked for and even gave me a discounted blow dry as I'm a student. It was without a doubt the best wavy blow dry I have ever had, I left feeling amazing and received compliments on it all day. I booked this place in a last-minute rush to get my roots done before lockdown and now I'm so glad they managed to squeeze me in. I can't wait to come back! ”

He's been training me since 2018 and my life hasn't been the same since. He's supportive, checks in with me every session to tailor it to my needs that day, and has given me lots of health/diet/fitness advice besides only in our sessions. He's made me lots stronger so I can be a confident base in partner acrobatics. All in all, I really go to this Fitness First for him. :) The gym itself is ok, the sauna and steamroom are nice, but the whole place is deeply in need of a renovation.”
