It’s a 4 star hotel but the service is most definitely 5 stars. The friendliest and most helpful staff I can remember coming across at a hotel. We were quite a demanding bunch but nothing was too much trouble.”

“We privately hired the pool here, the pool was very clean and we had lots of fun, the owner is very kind, accommodating and professional. There is even a sauna and shower facilities. We were impressed with the overall experience and we would highly recommend for little ones. See you again!”

She explained what she was doing every minute asking if I’m okay asking about my day, telling me about her background. Honestly if you need waxing or beauty hit up Bianca at Camden. As she does laser as well may have to come back if that’s the treatment I got with her she’s a keeper thanks Bianca ♥️”

“Been here twice with my boyfriend, and looking forward to coming back soon. The facilities are great, the rooms are nice and big and the food at the Ellis restaurant is always outstanding. Since going there again, the supplement charge has risen though, but the quality of the food is fantastic. The spa treatments are also great and very relaxing. Recommend for a getaway!”

“Absolutely amazing experience, I explained that I had only had my nails done Wednesday and they were so kind about it, advised me not to go back there because the acrylic was done to thin and they hadn’t applied anything right. “It was luck that I found this immaculate, friendly and calm beauty salon offered laser wart removal. A thorough examination revealed eight sites on my hands, five of which had not been recognised in a Harley Street clinic and, finally, after months of NHS and home treatment they were finally removed by laser. There was no up-selling as I was quoted a very reasonable price and no more was asked, even after two visits for after care.”

She went beyond what I have requested, as she gave massage to my head and face too. “Southbeach Day Spa has been my go to for the best Brazilian waxing and the most relaxing deep tissue massage. The spa is ran by the lovely Sam, her husband and their cute furry friends. I've been going to Sandi for my waxing and threading for over three years. Honestly, I've had waxing and threading all over the UK but it's hard to top Sandi, if she has time, she'll even remove ingrown hairs. She's awesome and keeps my eyebrows looking perfect. Recently, I had a deep tissue massage with SouthBeach's new masseuse, Nez. Genuinely incredible, I felt so relaxed!! She even did reflexology on my feet! As long as I'm in London, I won't go anywhere else!”

Was given to me for a present and finally got to use it , so glad I didn’t waste it Treatment - was amazing and the lady Jess L was so kind and informative. Being a plus size body makes me anxious when getting naked and in this kind of environment. However she made me feel good in myself and massaged me wonderfully. We used the stone message chairs and they are so comfortable and getting a lovely lunch at the end and using the pool and other facilities definitely will be coming back ! And recommend to anyone. Also to made it better my mum couldn’t have a certain treatment so getting a complementary drink was super kind”
