While this may not suit everyone, I found the structure really beneficial, as it kept me focused and engaged in my progress. I actually appreciated having a clear plan to follow. For a free service, I honestly can’t fault it. It was very supportive and effective, and I’m grateful for the help I received.”

I contacted them to see if they could help with a wound infection when my GP couldn't see me and Mr Faisal Khan immediately put himself out to contact me directly, offer me advice and give me a prescription which helped significantly. He even took time out of his day off to phone me checking how things were a few days later. Unfortunately I had contracted a serious secondary infection but it was universally acknowledged by my medical team that without the direct intervention and speedy action taken by Mr Khan that things would have been significantly worse. I will be forever grateful to Mr Khan and the Buckhurst Way Clinic for their time and help when it was really needed.”
