“Superb experience very knowledgeable and patient as I was in the market for a snake and Adam took the time to show me the stock one by one to pinpoint the specific traits I was after. The whole process was smooth and I wasn't pressured into a sale Adam was very thorough in terms of explaining how to keep & care for the snake & making sure it was right for me. Now I arrived 1 hour before closing time & Adam stayed after hours to build my vivarium and help with anything I possibly needed. Although I was in the market for a snake they have an abundance of other reptiles which are well looked after and it shows! Long & short of my experience is, these guys are top notch in this business & now I wouldn't shop anywhere else other than these guys as you can see it's more than just a business but also a passion and love for these animals.”

“I’ve taken both my dogs to creatures great and small for their grooming. In total over 15 years. What wonderful staff, who obviously love our precious family pets. I would not hesitate to recommend them. My Shiz Zu, Boe has a number of health issues but the wonder that is Jenny always takes such care with her. And the lovely assistant who serves and takes booking is always delightful.”

“This is the 2nd time we have used Pennard vets in an emergency situation, both times they have given us a clear indication of costs prior to attending. Their service is excellent, they give you all the time needed and treat appropriately. They try and keep costs as low as possible without skipping on care. Lovely staff, great communication. “Looked after our dog, sent regular updates to us whilst we were away so we could see that he was doing well as it was the first time we had left him. Paid for play sessions whilst he was in there which was a nice extra to add in and reduce the guilt of leaving him!”

“A very nice children playground. There are plenty of activities for children. Children can bring a ball to play with or a scoop to play in the sand. Every family can enter for around 70-90 minutes. And can return for another timeslot, with an hour between play sessions. There's a toilet and also a tap water to drink there.”

“We recently celebrated my daughter’s 4th Birthday here, and it was the most wonderful day! We love the farm, and knew it would be perfect for all ages, and for any adults attending without children as there’s so much to see and do. We didn’t know that the team would do so much to help us with the party! Everything got taken from us when we arrived so that they could keep it safe, our guests could hand over presents upon arrival, and the team carefully went through the party bags to set the room up and make it look incredible! They talked us through everything to make sure we knew what to expect, double checked the party list, let us add more names etc They even fixed one of the party bag items for me that broke in transit. Bowls were provided for the crisps we brought, knives and boards and lighters for the cake, balloons were blown up, extra food was ordered. They then kept everything safe until the end of the day, and it was such an easy and well thought out experience!”

“Me and my partner had such an amazing time here, handling a number of different owls and being introduced to all of their lovely birds! The staff were so lovely, and ensured we had plenty of pictures together. With the weather being so hot, it was great to know that the staff were super knowledgeable and as such were able to adapt our private experience to prioritise the safety and wellbeing of their animals, whilst also continuing to make our time there well worth while. Highly recommend!”

“Fantastic store and the staff go above and beyond- I’ve been using them for my cats food and litter since my family moved back to Dorking. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and genuinely love what they do. I took my cat In with me once to pick up food and he was fussed over constantly. I usually go in store but due to isolating this week I did an online order. Sadly however the delivery company does not meet the standards of the store and didn’t attempt to deliver it to my address when they said they had. After contacting the company via the website the admin staff very kindly arranged with the store without a prompt from me to personally deliver a new order to my door later that day. Not only this but Sophie let us know that if i needed anything else for my cat before we left isolation that we could contact them and it would be brought down by the staff no questions asked. Thank you to everyone at Pets Corner Dorking- my cat is very happy to have enough food and fresh litter thanks to your kindness.”

“Urban Paw Prints has been looking after my Labrador for over 5 years from when he was a puppy. The level of care that Brian and his team provide is astounding. I know my Labrador enjoys daycare and is very happy with his daycare lifestyle - evident by the very warm welcome Brian receives every time, and the video updates I receive! The level of care and attention to detail Brian provides to dogs is excellent. For example, Brian provides emails about how he cares for the dogs in hot and cold weather, and it shows how every aspect of dog care is thoroughly considered. It is very clear from using Urban Paw Prints for 5 + years that the dogs come first and are very happy. Brian has been very reliable and with his thorough dog knowledge, I've found him always happy to provide insightful advice over the years - very much appreciated, especially when my Labrador was first a puppy and I was on a steep learning curve!”

“We were out fairly late around the Leicester Square–Chinatown area. We were looking for a suitable restaurant, but many were already closed, kirchen closed or looked empty. Luckily, we ended up at Tokyo Diner. Even though we didn’t share much of a common language, we quickly got a table upstairs and bottles of Sapporo beer to quench our thirst. My Chicken Katsu Curry was tasty, and my companion’s Udon noodle dish was excellent. The restaurant has a slightly worn feel, but it was clean. This is a place that serves good Japanese food at a reasonable price.”

“The Pattern Cutting & Professional Sewing Techniques course was great. Paul Simonson is so knowledgable and shared that knowledge in an uncomplicated, easy manner. I learnt a lot in 2 short weeks and Phew. The other staff are great. Nina Hunt in the Short Course unit was so helpful and nice. Maureen in the Sewing department was so helpful and went above and beyond. Great place to study. Will definitely look at doing another course there. Ikwo 2015”

“Discovered this beautiful little place on a motorcycle ride out. We met there on a Wednesday evening and there were lots of different types of bikes. The owners were really sensible about parking and exiting the venue. There is a bar there and menu which catered for fast food on such a busy night. I revisited the place again on Sunday and had a burger and chips. Great service and really friendly crowd. Lots of activities based here, including paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing and small motor boat hire. Definitely going again on Wednesday and probably Sunday again too.”
