“We were a group of four adults who spent a lovely day with Mike Armitage as he guided us through sites in London. Highlights included the Churchill War Rooms, the Tower of London and the changing of the guard. We walked the streets and parks, took a ride on the tube and a boat ride on the Thames. We stopped for lunch at a pub and had great conversation about culture and politics (always fun!) Along the way, we were delighted with many interesting tidbits and sites— such as the site of Ringo Starr’s first marriage, a schoolhouse that survived the blitz, a wine merchant still in business that dates back to the 1690’s, movie locations and St. James’s palace dating back to King Henry VIII. We would have never had this perspective wandering around London on our own. Such a worthwhile investment. Mike was just fabulous.”

“As surprised as I am, I have to give 5 stars! It was a great stay, considering it is a 3 star, budget hotel. Rooms were very clean, a bit tired but spotless. The carpet must have been laid out recently because it was still fluffy and soft. I loved the idea of open space underneath the bed as you can easily hoover under and there is no old dust lingering there. There was no musty smell in the rooms and the corridors smelled of fresh cleaning procucts. Our daughter praised the comfort of the kids bed (no springs digging in her body). The food was good, both dinner and breakfast, small buffet but sufficient enough for warm and cold options. I forgot to mention the welcome card on our desk and 2 christmas colouring cards for our daughter which is some serious 5 star hotel add on :) It wasn't perfect but it was surprisingly quiet for a full capacity and we enjoyed our stay throughoutly.”

“Best place to stay! We stayed there for a few days and the service was amazing, better than a lot of hotels I've been to. Although it was evening, as soon as I called they picked up in a matter of seconds! The rooms are luxurious and definitely worth the price with great facilities such as a kettle microwave,iron and iron board!”

“From the initial contact with Charles Hope Apartments months ago we were fortunate enough to be put in touch with Sharon Wood, who is not only proactive and conscientious, her communication skills are second to none and she has made the entire experience a breeze and continues to do so – nothing at all is an issue and she cannot do enough to ensure every need is met and that the service is flawless and never fails to go the extra mile. Having now stayed at Southampton, Staines and currently Heathrow North / Hounslow East. The apartments at every location have been superb, well equipped, modern, clean and spacious – you really could not ask for more. The property’s are secure and access fully supported by a reception and/or concierge to assist if necessary. Parking is available both securely and for oversized vehicles such as mine, bays are allocated in very close proximity to the apartments. The latest stay at Heathrow North / Hounslow East is yet another example of the first class standard offered both in terms of booking and accommodation provided. They have all been very centrally located, close to local supermarkets, restaurants (post lockdown) very spacious, modern, clean and the facilities within the apartment have been well thought out to ensure that your part in the process is to just turn up with your personal belongings. All necessary information is always placed at key points within the apartment to avoid constant calls in search of codes, instructions etc., and if prior instructions are required these will have been emailed over to you before you arrive. We would not hesitate to recommend these apartments and will continue to use them – I can only hope that you are as fortunate as us to have Sharon Wood as your point of contact. Absolutely fantantic”

“We probably got the best view, we stayed in room 218 which is on the highest floor and positioned at a vantage angle, to see both the building gaps on the further most right, yet to see around the hotel elevated edge wall, (described as a big white metal thing at the end and blocking the view a bit). As seen on my photo, there are floors 2, 1, 0, -1. The Travelodge main entrance and drinks machine are on 0. The Travelodge underground car entrance is on -1, the ramp down to the underground parking lot is sided with red bricks and can been seen on a photo. The reception and some guest rooms are on 1. Most guest rooms are on 2 and there's also an upper courtyard with some guest rooms around it, the courtyard is thin and long so those guest rooms shall have a very small view. See my photo of floor 2 map, of which I got from my guest room door. Please note that the 'choose your room' option is available at £3.50, to ensure a better room view in advance, which is offered immediately after guest room purchase.”

“Stayed for one night. Spacious rooms,well cleaned and facilities are decent. Customer service is really great by the two ladies at reception. Plenty of options for food (Greggs, Burger King, WH smith & Costa coffee.”

“Had the pleasure of being helped by lovely Sandy. I'm not a local, and was hunting for a jacket which she had so kindly helped with searching online and created an alert for when it's in stock whilst I tried on a few in store today. She went above and beyond, and was extreamly patient and kind. Although I didn't leave with anything this time, she wasn't pushy at all. I was dressed extremely casual, and could have walked out with atleast a few pieces. It was nice to see she had shown no judgement based on my age or apparel. I manage a luxury british Womenswear brand in Belgravia, and understand what top customer service is, this was most definitely up to my standard. “I went to pink last Saturday with a group of my school mates I hadn't seen in a while. The atmosphere was buzzing after Ascot races and we were greeted by really friendly pretty bar staff. The drinks were flowing and we got a table which I thought was pretty reasonable priced compared to London. I had dances with a few different girls, I like the fact they all looked different. They were all polite n very sexy. I would definitely recommend it and I'll be returning next time I'm in Windsor. Jack.”
