“We stayed here last weekend so we could attend the Rugby World Cup Final & the staff couldn’t have been nicer! Hotel was easy to get to & parking was available on sight if you arrived early enough. The hotel was modern, clean and tidy. There is a Costa, a bar and a really nice restaurant. The staff were so helpful during check-in and all of the staff in the restaurants were beyond h delightful - they even managed to sit and feed 9 of us late at the night! Joffan looked after us so well! The rooms were clean, tidy and the bed was so comfortable. We all commented on how quiet the rooms were - will definitely be back for our next Twickenham visit!”

“Quaint hotel with 5-Star service and atmosphere. Efficient layout that was workable in the available space, didn't feel cramped. Only down side was the time to draw hot water, especially at the sink, but even in the shower. However, once it got hot, it was very hot. Complimentary breakfast buffet was of high caliber. A pot of coffee or tea was served at your table upon being seated. Food selection included: juices, fruited waters, dry cereal and milk, fresh fruit, mini croissants (plain and chocolate), assortment of fresh bread baguettes and sliced bread, selection of jams, butter, sliced fresh cucumbers and tomatoes, sliced meats, sausage, bacon, sauteed mushrooms, roasted tomatoes, and scrambled eggs. We were informed that if a different form of cooked egg was preferred (fried, poached, boiled, etc) to ask the wait-staff at no charge.”

“Went for a private party. Great Venue with a cash bar. The staff were lovely, beer good and a varied choice of wine, spirits and soft drinks all at very reasonable prices. Spacious. Good tables, chairs etc.”

“Excellent IHG hotel - Rooms are large, clean, stylish and well appointed, with a fridge, iron, tea and coffee-making facilities and a safe. You couldn’t ask for more. - Good recognition for higher-tier IHG members; I was upgraded to a room on the Club floor. - The Club lounge evening happy hour is excellent, with a good selection of hot and cold food, plus wine, beers and soft drinks. Breakfast is better in the restaurant the afternoon offering is disappointing. Mihaela who works in the lounge most evenings, is friendly and provides excellent service. - There’s a decent gym, plus a restaurant and bar with reasonable prices. You can also eat at the other nearby hotels. - Hotel is connected directly to Terminal 4 via a covered walkaway. It’s a 5-10min walk. - Note that when prices are unreasonably high, the connecting Holiday Inn Express may be a more cost-effective option.”

“My recent stay at this airport hotel was a pleasant surprise. As a chain property near the airport, it offered great convenience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. While the facilities are somewhat dated, the hotel makes up for it with its excellent breakfast. Though the selection was simple, the food was delicious, and the server in the dining area had such a warm and welcoming attitude that it really brightened the start of my day. A solid choice for a comfortable and hassle-free stay before a flight.”

“Couldn't fault the rooms. Rooms are massive especially the disabled ones... with mum having MS. Staff friendly service and brought mum extra blanket... The one downside the duvets could be alittle more warmer.... Reason for the 2 stars the location. If staying in london for more than a week and no transport its a problem as its right near healthrow airport. But thankfully the coach is within the bungle to london on the hols!”

“I was not familiar with this hotel chain. It was a pleasant surprise. The hotel was very nice for an overnight stay. We had two rooms for 6 people and it was great. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were very clean. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The location was within 6 mins drive to Heathrow Terminal 2. Prices were competitive and I would stay there again. It was a pleasant stay.”

“Stayed with my wife and son before travelling. Room was fantastic, we had a family room on the first floor. Two queen beds. Used the converted room on the ground floor that used to be the pool area (now a bar) which was really lovely. Great start to the holiday. Would recommend over other hotels we’ve stayed in at Heathrow. Service given 4 stars as we received slow service in the bar and check in was a little difficult due to a language barrier with one of the members of staff”

“Ended up needing to spend the night in London due to travel complications. We had an absolutely awfull day but we immediately felt better when we arrived to the hotel and were greeted by Phillip and the rest of the team ! The hotel was ridiculously cheap while also being clean and had everything you could need. Great bed and sheets, good TV, tea and coffee in the rooms, a bath ,a decent breakfast and a basic but very reasonable bar. Cant thank the staff enough as they were fantastic.”

“The breakfast is fantastic. Hot, delicious, and all you can eat. Parking is expensive although typical for London. £16 per day when I visited. (Less if needing 10 hours or less.) Clean, in good repair. Secure, again, typical for London, but slightly annoying, in my opinion, e.g. you have to use your card for the lifts. I got a good price.”

“Couldn't fault a thing. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully presented and clean with great facilities. It was quiet, comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was included and it was top notch - without doubt the best buffet breakfast we have ever had in a UK hotel. Even the coffee was delicious! “We visited Beefeater Hayes for breakfast on a Sunday morning, and Jade and Siv were both absolutely lovely. From the moment we arrived, Jade made sure we were well looked after and checked in on us with such a friendly attitude. The food was great—fresh, tasty, and delivered at just the right time. Lovely clean and spacious room and the position of the Hotel is perfect for seeing the attractions of Windsor and Eton.”

“Had a really good time here. Spent about 5 nights here and my family and I enjoyed it. We used a family room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds for a family of 5 with 2 small children. The staff were amazingly helpful and went above and beyond to help us. The location is excellent....right on a few major bus routes making it ridiculously easy to get into the centre of London or Legoland. While they don't serve food themselves, there is an amazing restaurant next door that does breakfast, brunch or lunch, and the hotel is walking distance to a small service tesco.”

“I cannot fault this nursery and pre-school so far. My daughters have recently joined in the baby room and the pre-school and all of the staff are just so wonderfully kind, caring and friendly. The facilities are lovely and surpass those at other similar places I have seen but the real difference and USP for this nursery is the fantastic atmosphere created by its people. The children (especially in the pre-school where they interact more due to their age) are such lovely children who are helping my daughter to feel welcome and to fit in. The teachers in both rooms take the time to fill us in on the girls’ days and to genuinely listen to and accommodate whatever we have asked for our children. Thank you all so much for everything you have done so far!”

“Took my fiancé here today as we’ve been missing Japan and it’s hard to find Japanese restaurants that are more comfy cozy. This is the perfect place!!!
