The shop is always spotless and beautifully kept, and the staff are absolutely lovely—so helpful and welcoming every single time. They always greet me with the biggest smile, which really makes a difference. As for the pizzas? Perfect, every time. Hot, fresh, and delicious. Couldn’t ask for better service or food. Adela was so kind to assist us about collecting our car from nearby mall where we parked. The hotel has a strategic location, it’s surrounded with good restaurants. “The new lady working in the bakery section (Daria) is fantastic. Her area is always clean, she communicates in four languages and makes the experience an enjoyable one. She is particularly great with dealing with difficult customers that TFC attracts. The bakery section is always fresh when she is there, very clean and difficult to stay away from! It would be fantastic if she worked there day and night!”

“Very nice hotel. Is not expensive but the services are very good for the money. The rooms are clean, every day the cleaners change the bed sheets, towels and consumables. The rooms have big LCD TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, kettle, mini fridge, safe and microwave oven. The room doors are locked with electronic latches wich sometimes doesn't work properly because of magnetic cards, but the problem is very well known by the hotel employees and they will change your card without any problems. Parking is not free and you can park at the basement of the hotel or into Ibis hotel parking.”

Michael was so easy to contact, through phone call or text, super transparent about costs so there was no hidden fees or surprises.
