I sometimes find hair salons awkward and intimidating but Sharna made me feel so welcome and at ease whilst I was waiting. James did me a root colour and blow dry -he was lovely, friendly and very knowledgable. He achieved exactly what I asked for and even gave me a discounted blow dry as I'm a student. It was without a doubt the best wavy blow dry I have ever had, I left feeling amazing and received compliments on it all day. I booked this place in a last-minute rush to get my roots done before lockdown and now I'm so glad they managed to squeeze me in. I can't wait to come back! ”

I've been going to Sandi for my waxing and threading for over three years. Honestly, I've had waxing and threading all over the UK but it's hard to top Sandi, if she has time, she'll even remove ingrown hairs. She's awesome and keeps my eyebrows looking perfect. Recently, I had a deep tissue massage with SouthBeach's new masseuse, Nez. Genuinely incredible, I felt so relaxed!! She even did reflexology on my feet! As long as I'm in London, I won't go anywhere else!”

Being a plus size body makes me anxious when getting naked and in this kind of environment. However she made me feel good in myself and massaged me wonderfully. We used the stone message chairs and they are so comfortable and getting a lovely lunch at the end and using the pool and other facilities definitely will be coming back ! And recommend to anyone. Also to made it better my mum couldn’t have a certain treatment so getting a complementary drink was super kind”
