The 2 technicians Jamie and Kasun were brilliant and worked like a well oiled machine together (pardon the pun). I received a call from Roy the branch manager to update me and what I required for the car to pass the MOT. I signed off on the work to be done and was picking up the car by 5:30pm that evening. What an absolutely superb experience from the boys at Halfords Autocentre. Roy and his team were courteous, friendly and professional on all contacts. “My Škoda Yeti Amundsen SatNav was not showing the right time (or ETA for journeys) in the map display. This is a widespread problem apparently but when I brought up the issue with Škoda they were not helpful at all and redirected me to my local dealer who wanted £1700 to replace the entire instrument cluster. This lack of care from Škoda and blatant profiteering by their dealers is simply appalling! They don't give a damn about you once you've bought one of their cars and their grasping dealers just want to make as much money from you as possible. Fortunately for me, I found SatNav Systems and they repaired my unit, updated the software and map data as well as installing Apple CarPlay and a digital speedometer for a fraction of this amount. Not only do they represent remarkably good value for money, the company is run extremely professionally and Hamid (the owner) is really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in every way. He took his time to explain all the new features that his team had installed and I came away a very satisfied customer. The unit was repaired and renewed in less than an hour and a half and I was served coffee and cakes in a delightful waiting room with an impeccable rest room if required. I have no hesitation in recommending this excellent company. Five stars is not enough! If only more businesses were run like this, life would be much sweeter ...”

“Look no further... Use these guy!! I found Westflow online after looking at their reviews. I am in Canada and had an issue with my flat there. Communication was prompt and efficient and they did exactly what they said they would do. After referring me to another company that did some things that they didn't, Westflow returned to site, diagnosed a small issue and corrected it right away. Pricing was very reasonable. “When VAS Technical moved from Surbiton to Ashtead, I followed as they had looked after my 2013 Audi Q3 far better than anyone before. They have just saved the day once again. I bought a 2018 Audi A6 and realised at the last minute that it needed servicing before a long drive to go on holiday. I was also getting a warning that the brake pads were worn out. Serge and his team managed to fit in the full service before our departure. They also found that the brakes were absolutely fine, the problem was with a sensor that monitors the brake pads. If I'd gone elsewhere, I would likely have paid for new brake pads which would have been unnecessary and that would not have solved the problem. A very BIG THANK YOU for sorting things out yet again. VAS Technical deserve their five star rating. They seem to know everything about Audis - plus Serge and his team are incredibly nice people too!”

“Cannot fault these guys. From start to finish they were quick, clean and reassuring. The job took 2 days because of complications with my old boiler setup. The first day, two lads came over to uninstall the boiler (can’t remember their names sorry - but they both seemed great!) and then David came over to begin the install. David is a stand-up guy. Really genuinely lovely, and very knowledgeable. The second day Riley was over to assist, and was also really lovely and explained to me how to use my new system which I have set up tonight. The job was finished to a high standard and the guys cleaned up after themselves. Fantastic service and I’m really grateful to them for taking such a professional level of care.”
