“Very stylish hotel in central location with top transport links. Rooms are quiet and beds are great. Lots of Amenities , pool and spa are icing on the cake. Service is top. Only two small things to fault during our stay - the Aircon seems to reset when u leave the room and was always cold on return , had to turn temperature back up and we had a lovely view but very dirty widows. Go and find the hidden lovely hotel bar around a corner”

“Wow.....What a fantastic meal! - the offer with First Table is exceptional value for money. We ate like royalty and did not hold back.....nibbles, starters, sushi and mains - everything was simply delicious!! I highly recommend the Tuna Tostadas to start, what an immense way to get your taste buds going - the tuna was so fresh and the lovely hint of heat from the jalapeños.....yum! Other highlights were the Red Prawn Truffle - so light and yet packed with intense flavours and also the Spicy Buttermilk Chicken Karaage - so crispy and juicy. The Black Miso Cod of course was a true delight, with that deep, rich flavour coming throb with each bite - the slight charring on the edges giving a nice texture. If you have room for dessert, the Passionfruit Creme Brulee was stunning, beautifully presented, served with little diced cubes of fruit and tasted sublime. To note, the service was impeccable - our server was friendly, attentive, helpful and genuine. “I had such a comfortable and relaxing stay at Hilton Syon Park. The service was excellent throughout, the staff were really attentive and friendly. The hotel was spotless, and the atmosphere felt calm and luxurious. I stayed for my anniversary and been with friends few times I enjoyed an amazing dinner there, and I also booked a massage during my spa weekend, which was absolutely wonderful and worth every moment. “The hotel is located near a station and in the middle of a large outdoor mall. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very friendly service. Hassan was so helpful and hospitable when we arrived and when we had questions. Ana was so kind and went above and beyond while assisting us during breakfast helping me with a gluten free option. The breakfast was a much larger spread then I expected. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. We also had dinner one night at the restaurant in the hotel. I ordered the green curry (gf) and my husband the fish and chips. We were both pleased with our meals. We would definitely return to this Hyatt house. Great stay.”

The events manager was fantastically helpful, service was brilliant, and the selection of food and drink available was fab, we didn't scratch the surface of the equipment available (mics, lights, sound etc!) but what we used was great. The pub is in a great location and has a really friendly, fun vibe... also nice late opening hours!”

“I cannot recommend this place more! The workers are so talented, precise and always do the most amazing job. I’ve been here multiple times and have yet to have a bad nail experience. The staff and workers are also very professional— I’ve unfortunately experienced them have to deal with the most rude customers ever, and they always manage it with such poise and professionalism (they are better than me who would not be able to bite my tongue). Their pricing is also extremely fair and they always let you know if a design or any ‘extra’ costs more before and make sure you are comfortable before proceeding. I will be back!”

Room was big, room service was provided only if you asked (which I prefer), and they have a restaurant you can order breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Something came up with my visit and I traveled to Oxford to stay with a friend. When I checked out early, the staff seemed concerned and wanted to see if they could fix any potential issues. I made them aware it had nothing to do with them specifically, so I hope management reads this comment :) If I have family and friends who want to visit London in the future, I’m 100% suggesting this place.”

All of our guests were wowed by the vintage bar and my husband and I had time to actually mingle with our guests the whole time, as the barmen took care of absolutely everything: set up of bar, serving drinks and clean up.
