“Room was quite hot. Had to open French windows but was on first floor so did not feel safe leaving them open to the terrace all night. Bed was harder than I like. Otherwise good room. Slightly over equipped with gadgets but ability to use your own apps on tv is handy. Very convenient for exploring and decent food served late on room service. Breakfast not great for £20. Worth strolling out to cafes. Helpful staff. Good value for area.”

“The Bromley Court Hotel was much better than we expected. Our room was comfortable and very clean. The staff were helpful and professional at reception and in the restaurant. We also had a really nice meal there. We will certainly come back next time we are in Bromley.”

“Lovely sized room, helpful, chatty, friendly staff, lovely surroundings, good selection of breakfast food (including ham and cheese for the Continental breakfast!). Having stayed in half a dozen Premier Inns, I would say so far this is the Premier, Premier Inn. We got a complimentary glass of Prosecco each, whilst waiting for our taxi in the evening. The lovely lady staff member, who got us it, said that they give this to guests, to welcome them into the weekend. What a lovely, thoughtful, and added bonus for this experience. Although it varies from place to place, I have come to expect good service, rooms, and food from Premier Inn. They, as a company, help to make the experience.”

“We stayed here for 1 night while spending the weekend in London. The hotel is situated just a couple of minutes walk from Blackfriars station, which serves both the circle and district lines, as well as Thameslink, meaning it's easy to get anywhere in London from here. The room was very clean and spacious. You know what you're getting with a Premier Inn. Bed was comfortable and it was pitch black at night time. We heard no noises from other rooms. It was a very quiet night's sleep. TV has a really wide selection of channels and it worked, which is generally a bonus when staying in a hotel. There's usually an issue with the TV everywhere you go. I'm sure we only paid for a standard room but where put into a Premium room, which came with a Nespresso coffee machine. Great for someone like me who loves a morning coffee. The staff in the hotel were incredibly friendly. One name I'd like to mention in particular is Yusuf, who was working around the reception area. He was so polite and friendly and is an absolute asset to the company. I don't know if anyone reads these reviews, but if you do, please pass this on to management. The only downside to this hotel was the price. Working in the travel industry I understand how and why prices can fluctuate, but the cost of this room increased by £50 overnight, and we ended up paying just over £300 for 1 night's stay, which for a Premier Inn seems a bit excessive, despite the location. We didn't try the food at the hotel as we visited to do shopping and try out the famous food markets. However based on the staff, the room and the location i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting London.”

“Second time staying here in 2025. It’s a great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and modern with the required facilities. The breakfast buffet is very good with lots of different options. The location is super convenient for most tourist attractions. The Waterloo station is just a few minutes walk from the hotel.”

“I have read some poor reviews of this hotel and to be honest I can’t imagine why. Our room was huge, spotless clean. We had a very big kitchen with everything we needed and a nespresso machine. Yes, they asked us at check in if we want to be charged for housekeepers tip, we said we would leave cash and they did not charge us. The 100£ deposit came back into my account within 24h of checkout. Also the reception staff were very nice and helpful, our bathroom was leaking a little bit above the toilet and they had another room ready for us, but we loved our room and the leak was not an issue so we didn’t move. Yes, this is not located in central London, but in my opinion its perfectly located, Hackney is an amazing neighborhood and the Brodway Market is withing 15 minutes walking.”

“We stayed in a suite for my partners birthday having stayed here previously and not being happy with the stay the hotel made an extra effort to make the stay really enjoyable. There were balloons in the room and cakes and complimentary drinks. The hotel is well placed and is presented very nicely. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was delicious. It was a lot different from the previous stay and felt like they had listened to feedback and improved ten fold! Following this visit, I would not hesitate to stay here again, it had the feel of a luxury hotel which is the way it should be.”

“Excellent hotel. Not far from restaurants. The staff were very kind and helpful. Nothing too much trouble for them. There are a few steps up to the hotel. I have a mobility scooter, to bring indoors. There was an accessible lift round the back and was helped in and out of the hotel. The restaurant food was wow good. Plenty of choice for breakfast and good quality.”

“I recently stayed at a hotel in Canary Wharf and had a great overall experience. The location is excellent — very well connected to the city centre by public transport, yet tucked away in a quiet and pleasant area. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The breakfast was simple, but everything was fresh and well prepared each morning. A solid choice if you want a calm base with fast access to all key parts of London. I would definitely stay here again.”

“We love the hotel and the location. Great views and upscale vibe. Xavier checked us in and made us feel at home by explaining all the amenities thoroughly. He made an excellent pub recommendation for lunch too. Overall Xavier went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. All is well.”

“Very nice hotel. I loved. Mattress really comfy. Room is very useable. Breakfast downstairs good regular intercontinental breakfast. But upstairs Daniel is amazing ! His coffee is the best coffee in London. He is kind and very helpful. And reception girls so lovely. They help about some recommendations restaurants and top places around the hotel. Gym have enough cardio and dumbbells.”

“The Staff was very welcoming on arrival. The location is only short walk to the bars&restaurants.The reception lady lesley was extremely helpful&polite. Our room was emaculate the bed was very comfortable with a beautiful Riverside view especially at night time. Breakfast was delicious the facilities was nice the only disappointment was the hot tub wasn't working but overall this is a very nice hotel with lovely friendly staff I will deffo be staying here again”

Loved the breakfast with many options and again with great staff that was very observant and kept everything clean and tidy around the buffet and tables. The hotel sits next to the Underground (Aldgate East) and just a 10 min. walk to Liverpool Street Station. So thumbs up - would choose again.”

“Stayed here a few nights with husband and 2 small kids aged 3 and 6. Our room had 2 double beds and a shower room with shower gel and shampoo. Black out blinds and little fridge and kettle . The bed was clean and very cozy. We had booked last minute and was greeted by Harry on front desk. Who was very welcoming and smiling. It was the start of a wonderful first stay. The suna and steam room are great size and lovely . And the swimming pool was great and good temperature for the kids. Good transport links to the greenwhich o2. Our stay came with breakfast. Great options and fresh food. Lovely service especially form a young slim black boy with short hair, Indian lady and a girl from Hong Kong named Anisha. Was all lovely … no complaints. Chinese restaurant round the corner as we didn’t stay for dinner only had booked breakfast. Would return. Thank you!”

“It is customary to post, post departure but I must give credit to all staff and venue. The amenities are good and staff well attentive. The Xmas theme and little treats are more than welcoming and a pleasant surprise. The service and food are amazing. This was a great idea and thank you to the entire team. “Very nice hotel. Room was spacious,there was ironing equipment in the room. Despite being very close to the airport and train tracks, the rooms are perfectly sound proofed. Aircon is also very efficient and quiet. I enjoyed my stay.”

“We visited here for Afternoon Tea with Father Christmas. We were a large group of 10 (adults and children). The venue was beautifully decorated for the festive season. Food was delicious and offered alternatives for the vegetarians in our group. Joe Banana was the entertainer for the afternoon and he did not disappoint. The Father Christmas was very good. Plenty of activities for the children to keep them occupied. Would definitely return.”

“Naturally with London there were plenty of Premier Inn options to choose from. And I'm glad we picked here! The location was great, a short walk you were either at Tate Modern, The Shard, Borough Market or Southwark Station. We had a Premier Inn Plus room and it was modern and very clean. The staff as well were friendly. Next time I visit London, I would happily stay here again!”

“We were walking the Thames path and stayed in this hotel when we visited Windsor. The service was excellent. The gentleman who served us in the restaurant was the standout experience during our stay. The breakfast was excellent and the location perfect. The bed was very comfortable, the shower powerful and the room was clean. If I have any criticism, it’s that the decor is looking tired and in need of some improvement. That said I gladly stay at thd hotel again.”

This magnificent 16th-century, 4-star luxury hotel, offers far more than just easy access to and a convenient location for London Gatwick Airport; it's a destination in its own right, providing a genuinely relaxing break. ​The setting is breathtaking. The picturesque moat and landscaped garden provide a tranquil backdrop, making it ideal for everything from a romantic getaway, to a wedding venue. It offers fantastic value for money, for such a unique high quality experience. ​Every aspect of the hotel impressed me. The attention to detail is phenomenal. Those little touches, like the warm welcome for returning guests, high quality English produce at the hearty breakfast and a Christmas tree in my room, were beautiful details. The complementary toiletries were selected beautifully, being both aromatic and kind to the skin. The cleanliness was truly excellent, and the brilliant staff service was exemplary. General Manager Dan and receptionist Emma deserve special mention; you could see that both went the extra mile to ensure that both new and returning guests, received a lovely Langshott welcome. Emma was particularly helpful and courteous, laser focussed on delivering outstanding customer care, she ensured that my visit was seamless from start to finish. Afternoon tea at Langshott is a wonder to behold and I was thrilled by the range of the in-house cakes. They were truly dainty and delicious! ​A true highlight was the dining. The food served in the restaurant was nothing short of amazing. The kitchen delivered high quality and diverse dishes, which were outstanding value. There was something for every apitite. ​Altogether, it was a fantastic visit. I wholeheartedly recommend Langshott Manor for anyone seeking a relaxing break, a beautiful venue, or simply a charming stay, with excellent amenities and truly brilliant staff.”

“We stopped for a snack and drinks. We had duck spring rolls which were served beautifully with sweet chilli sauce and salad with a mustard dressing. Probably the best spring rolls I’ve had – thin crispy pastry with a delicious duck filling The drinks were nice. I asked for lime and soda with bitters (where I am used to lemon lime and bitters in Australia) which they accommodated and it was quite delicious. A nice setting good service and a helpful, friendly girl behind the bar. Recommended highly.”
