Even though Oct.8 was a little early for that, he got some assistance and made it happen! Two Texas ladies were very grateful for his kindness at the very beginning of our 3 week road trip around Ireland. We're home now and still singing this hotel staff’s praises! Well done!”

“Very good value for money. Big rooms with comfortable beds. Location is nice with bars, restaurants and shops nearby. A bit noisy because of traffic and planes, but thats what you get in busy London. It's only 1 hour with public transport to the center of London and just 30 minutes tot Heathrow airport. The staff is kind and helpful. I only used breakfast and the variation an quality was perfect for me.”

“Lovely room, comfy bed with a delicious continental breakfast included in the price which we weren’t expecting. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Our room was big and clean with a great selection of teas/drinks and a well stocked mini bar and snacks. Would highly recommend”

“First time at this particular PI and the difference between here and the one up the road (London Twickenham Stadium) are poles apart. There is parking but we turned up around 21:00 and I was lucky to find a spot; the car park does serve the Beefeater next door. The front door is automatic which is handy when you have a lot of bags but the inner doors are manual. We were greeted by a friendly, very helpful and enthusiastic member of staff. Our room was on the first floor (no lift) at the front of the building and although there was a busy main road and a bus stop outside it wasn’t that noisy. The room and bathroom seem bigger and as usual the bed is very comfortable. The wardrobe/ shelving unit is lovely and big, easily fits 4 days of our clothes and four big shelves for all your other bits. In this PI the rooms have A/C and having bus stops outside is an added bonus. Only negative is that the toilets don’t flush very well.”

Also, Andreina at the front desk was absolutely fantastic in helping us ensure that we had everything we needed for our stay. She was very accommodating and understanding of our travel requirements. “Regular stayer. Pretty much faultless. The rooms are spotless and the housekeeping ladies do an excellent job turning a room around even in busy times. Front of house is a bit dated now but the service provided by the staff is excellent very happy to accommodate even the most tiresome of visitors. Nothing is too small or big for all the staff who are very attentive and have a great positive attitude. Jesvil is very good as the manager, and has his staff/colleages are a tribute to him. Great team. Ultimate Wi-Fi is faultless too.”

“Would totally recommend Kew Dogs. Sadie (silly puppy) and Iggy (sensible older dog) go together and are very well looked after. Very useful for an energetic and social puppy. Wing is super understanding about our ever chaotic schedule and it is a life saver when juggling work commitments. And Jeremy clearly loves them and treats them with great care. Great service. And lovely photos every day.”

“My wife and I made a last minute booking with Original Travel; they took my brief and then responded quickly with a plan. we reviewed, made a few changes with input from them, and booked the trip. (Two other travel companies had failed to arrange a similar trip). Thereafter whatever unforeseen events interfered in moving locations or hotels was taken care of by OT and their concierge service.
