“I was worried when I first moved to the area and the time came to find a new GP, as my previous one was phenomenal, but feel lucky to have found The Ridgeway. I’m surprised to see the negative reviews, as I am extremely happy with the service this surgery has provided my family and I. The receptionists I’ve spoken to have all been friendly and compassionate. I’ve seen multiple doctors and nurses at the surgery and all are fantastic - a few go above and beyond however overall I believe everyone is very helpful and understanding. I resonate with people’s frustration at the wait times, but I don’t believe surgery staff are at fault, as I’ve had appointments as early as 8am and as late as 7pm (surgery closes at 8pm on some days!) showing just how long the working hours are. Fingers should be pointed higher up the chain, and a little friendliness even while frustrated goes a long way.”

“I have been a patient at Warren Medical practice for years. There has been a genuine attempt over the last year or so to make improvements in the way the practice is managed. There is more communication with patients in terms of follow up calls and reminders of appointments. I have only seen two GPs; Dr Khider and Dr Vani at the surgery. Both have always been professional, take time to listen and always explain things clearly when you have questions.”

“I am so happy with the service of the team. I had given a birth to my baby 9 days ago and on my discharge from the hospital I was given medication for my C-section and injections. But no explanation who will be supporting me with the injections. So the day came when no one came home to help me with that so I went to gp practice with my new born baby to see what I can do to get my injections done. I encountered a lovely reception staff. I explained the situation to them, with my baby in my hands, and asked if anyone can help me with that. The Indian lady ( apologies as I forgot the name) helped me enormously. She found a doctor who gave me the injection and try to find someone for the next days as this was urgent one off. I can not express how grateful I am for the help and support they offer me. Royal Arsenal Medical Centre is a great place with a lovely supportive staff. I want to thank you for your help.”

“First class service across the years . Medical professionals are superb . I don't understand the low ratings. This group of wonder workers quite literally saved my life . Blood ,problems, cancers and other vascular illnesses were swiftly and thoroughly pursued and pushed by the doctors exerting pressure on hospital consultants to check me . The hospital teams checked and started a long term investigation of the ailments. Luckily the problems were found and were surgically and medically treated. I am sorry for the people who have had problems , I wish you all of the best treatment possible. All I can say is in my case . Thank you to all of the staff at Gilet Road . I am forever grateful.”

“I have been a patient at Tulasi Medical surgery for the past 12 years and I have always managed to get an appointment when I call in. The doctors have been amazing. They always offer an empathetic ear and usually give out great medical advice. They have been fantastic even during Covid and afterwards. The doctors listen carefully and sometimes pick up on things we don't even think of. they are encouraging and supportive and there are a variety of doctors to choose from. The nurse has also been great especially to my mum who is diabetic. We get seen immediately at or slightly after our appointment times. There are no long waits.We also knew the old senior Doctor Goriparthi and I am happy to see how his son Mr Ravi Goriparthi has expanded the practice.”
