The team here talk you through aftercare to make sure you can have them last as long as possible which I appreciate. I also regularly get my eyebrows done here. It’s so affordable but they take their time and really want to make sure you leave looking your best. They are also so time efficient, I never have to wait when I go.”

“'Love your suit! looks great!' - Robert Elms, unprompted. Neil is lovely guy and makes wonderful suits! I want to go in sometimes just to feel the material! Gorgeous cloth and suits not as expensive as you might imagine but also, incredible value for what it does cost. You can't beat putting on a jacket (sorry, coat!) that was made just for you and fits around you like a glove. As soon as I got a suit from Neil I stopped wearing my off the peg ones as they simply did not come close even regarding the cloth, never mind the fit. The whole process was very enjoyable and the end product thrilling. Need to go for my next one soon.... every time I put on a Birkett suit I feel ready to take on the world. Can't recommend it highly enough.”

And then meeting Alfie, the first hair stylist ever who asked me lots of detailed questions about my hair, and, more importantly, listened. Tatsuya was so gentle with my hair (I have long hair that can knotty quite quickly) and did an amazing job with my treatment and when blowing drying. She gave me a proper styling consultation - picking out dresses for me after I had told her what I was looking for and then patiently advising me on different sizes and giving honest feedback. “I was here on Friday 15th August and was looked after by a young guy (didn't get his name) although young, he did get my reference to a tv show from a good few years ago so not your typical Insta gen kid... He was so attentive and polite and helped me to get everything I wanted. He also arranged for stuff that wasn't in store to be delivered to my house the next day. I had my wife and toddler with me and he wasn't distracted by the noise of her (kid not wife lol) in fact he was lovely to her too, as were the other staff members. Lovely experience and lovely clothes. I'll be back in Autumn and hope he's still working there.”

I do warn customers that the shop in my personal opinion is vastly overpriced due to the fact after buying a shirt, I found another identical in a high street shop at a third of the price. Buy cautiously but a nice shop.”

The saleswoman Endy (hope I’m spelling this right) is a real asset to your team and was so helpful, knowledgable and reassuring. “I was so lucky to pop into Pop Vintage boutique while in London July 2024. This shop is packed with great vintage & secondhand finds! Wide range of great clothing- I scored a great deal on a Barbour jacket (ideal souvenir IMO,) they had a great rack of waxed jackets and their prices are very reasonable and competitive compared to other vintage/secondhand shops I visited during my stay in London. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they packaged my jacket up in a great reusable shopping bag that I was able to use during the rest of my trip. I will definitely make a point to visit Pop Vintage on my next trip to London, as it’s an all around great vintage/secondhand shop!”
