“I came in with grace when she was training, felt really relaxed , the atmosphere was wonderful. Steve the manager came over to help with the consolation with the cut and the colour, I didn’t feel rushed and they gave me plenty of time to decide what I was going to do ,they also gave me expert advice on the sort of haircuts that was achievable with my hair texture and recommended products to make my hair more manageable. I will definitely be returning. Grace done a good job on my hair and it has never looked this nice.”

“Went for a birthday breakfast at the Royal Lancaster hotel, I had the breakfast buffet and was very happy with everything, the service was great, the breakfast options were plenty, with sweet and savoury there was something for everyone, please note if you’re Muslim you’ll have to request halal sausages from the kitchen as the ones out aren’t halal but glad there’s an option for that.
