We are now in a 1960's house and wanted a kitchen styled in keeping with the mid- century modern feel, whilst retaining the solidity and quality of a handmade in-frame kitchen. Phil and his team have again exceeded expectations and have delivered a kitchen we are delighted with. Oliver James is a company which offers excellent craftsmanship, uncompromising attention to detail, and total professionalism even when dealing with the most demanding of customers. I would not use anyone else.”

A massive shout out to Gwyn who’s attention to detail was amazing, he really cared about what we wanted to achieve and even noticed that the handles didn’t match everything else and emailed me to change them. I will 100% be using them in the future and can’t recommend them enough!”

“Amazing price for the Herman Miller chair I ordered. Around £1200 value as it was a fully specced one, but I paid £349 refurbished. You wouldn't know it wasn't new other than one spot on one leg where someone rested their foot on it. Stunning chair, super comfy and great customer service.”

“WONDERFUL SERVICE FROM START to FINISH ....... in my opinion forget the other one in Reigate, they turn the lights off when you are viewing, saying we are closing in 10 mins !!! .....Anyway I was going to buy a Miele but had such a dreadful experiance from customer services @ Miele ....waiting ages and then speaking to Greece !!!! ???? - Remembering our Family had bought Miele products for nearly 70 years, but not anymore - MADNESS at MIELE ! So I gave up on Miele and spoke to Clint and Richard at KEYMEX and bought a Washer/Dryer 10.5kg and am enjoying this machine which is very quite in operation. The service at Keymex is always second to none, It maybe not as Glitzy as the other company in Reigate, BUT ...... KEYMEX OFFER THE BEST SERVICE ...BEFORE AND AFTER. In fact the Man [Ben] who installed my Bosch sold me a Washing machine 23 years ago at Keymex !! They will give you a good price, backed up by excellent service. Thank you all concerned - Mr Ellis - Reigate I'll be back for more .......”

“I found Osborne through a broker and was very glad to work with a small independent. Roger is very down-to-earth and knowledgeable, you don't get the 'hard sell' but you get access to wealth of his experience. It's worthwhile having a good idea of your specification as it's much easier for them to work with you and get to a quick solution. Design and installation process was smooth. Couple of snagging issues meant return trips from the installers (not Osborne employees) but Martina & Roger were helpful in getting things sorted out. Two years on and I still completely love my 'new' kitchen. I'm writing this review from my island :0)”
