“I recently accompanied my mum for some dental treatment with Bomi Yi, and we couldn’t be more impressed. She removed several teeth and remade a denture, handling everything with great professionalism. The extractions were carried out with such skill that the process was as painless as possible. What really stood out was her patience and kindness. Despite a language barrier (my mum is not a native English speaker), she took the time to communicate clearly and always checked that my mum was comfortable before any potential moments of discomfort, even the minor ones. This made the whole experience much less stressful. She is also an excellent communicator. Her explanations were clear and easy to follow, and the advice she gave was thoughtful and tailored to my mum’s concerns, which made her feel genuinely understood. Bomi is extremely polite, highly skilled, and wonderfully caring. My mum felt very reassured throughout, and we are both grateful for the outstanding care she provided.”

“As a family of 4, we have been with this practice for over 15 years and cannot fault it. The receptionists are always welcoming and professional - they always try their best to accommodate you. Our dentist, Richard, has looked after us for years, offering tips and important feedback to our kids who have needed the occasional nudge to maintain the health of their teeth. They have grown up with him, and as such, they trust him, even when it came to having extractions before being fitted with their orthodontics.
