“I went to Yvonne Arnaud Theatre to see the show Murder At Midnight starring Max Bowden from EastEnders and I had a wonderful time, it was an incredible experience to see Max and the rest of the cast perform live as it has always been my dream to see Max perform as I have been a fan of his for many years now so it was a special experience for me. We had front row seats which made the experience even more special too. Yvonne Arnaud is a wonderful little venue with great seating for shows and the cafe is lovely too, with delicious food and drinks and beautiful views across the river. The staff are really friendly and helpful too. Thank you Yvonne Arnaud for a wonderful show and for making my dreams come true with watching Max Bowden perform live, I send my gratitude to Max and the rest of the cast of Murder At Midnight for a fantastic show that I will remember forever!”

“We came in on 1st November for our really early Christmas Do. As always Sam and the team were friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was great and the pub was full. We used the app to order so didn’t even need to get up off the table. The food came out promptly, piping hot and was delicious, I couldn’t fault anything. This is a lovely pub with an atmosphere. Well done to Sam, Hannah and your team.”

All of the staff treated our stay like it was personal to them. The grounds are second to none in beauty. We recently stayed at Pennyhill Park and thought Wotton House was so much better. It's also super dog friendly, which was just awesome. We will definitely be back!”

“I can't fault the detail showed by staff with regard to what the customer wants! The attention and effort is put in place. Especially from the Lady employee that dealt with me. I do warn customers that the shop in my personal opinion is vastly overpriced due to the fact after buying a shirt, I found another identical in a high street shop at a third of the price. Buy cautiously but a nice shop.”

“The Little Waitrose at Shell Horsley is a genuinely convenient stop. It's more than just a petrol station shop; it's a well-stocked mini-supermarket. I appreciate the quality of their ready meals and fresh produce, perfect for grabbing a quick, decent dinner. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, even during busy periods. While it's a smaller selection, they manage to pack in a good variety of Waitrose essentials. It's ideal for those last-minute bits, or when you need to top up on quality groceries without a full supermarket trip. The addition of the coffee machine is a nice touch too, for a quick pick me up. Overall a good experiance for a petrol station based shop.”

“I thought this place was a really good find! Located opposite the hospital, 10-15 walk from Guildford centre. I stayed in a single room, as I just needed somewhere to put my stuff overnight. The room is a standard single room size enough for a single bed, hanging space for clothes and a small desk and chair. . They provided tea and coffee making facilities, a hairdryer and a robe. The robe was needed as I had a shower room to myself, but was located down the hall (also remember to fetch slippers) Luckily though, it was very quiet when I stayed and only saw one other guest. The hotel itself is clean, nicely decorated with nice fittings. The shower room was a bit small, but couldn’t fault the power shower! Again lovely and clean. The room was also well presented and good value for money. The lady at reception was really welcoming and friendly. Also to note the doors don’t lock by themselves so make sure to take your key with you and lock doors behind you when you leave your room. I didn’t have food here, as my stay was really short but the menu seemed nice. Overall a pleasant stay and great value for money!”

You guys did an amazing job and I can honestly say it was faultless....my mums ring now has a new lease of life and will last looking flawless and I won't worry of it coming loose from the mount anymore Thank you for a perfect job amd I would highly recommend you”

“Ordered last night for delivery through Deliveroo, delivery was fast and no problems. Delivery guy was nice and told me they had upgraded both my pizza from 12” to 15”! “Staff are very helpful and work incredibly hard but are clearly over stretched due to two other chemists shutting in the area. Boots should be supporting their staff better which, in turn, will make the experience better for customer's collecting prescriptions.”

“ordered a kung po chicken , egg fried rice and salt and chilli pepper chicken. i believe it took less than 15 minutes for the whole order to be prepared. food tasted really good and quite worth for its price (20£) as I’ve got half left over and im quite a big eater. The kung po chicken doesn't really taste like the authentic ones I’ve had and leans towards the sweet and sour side but it still tastes good nonetheless. Will definitely be back (a bag of prawn crackers was also given)”

“A lovely place with a warm welcome. Some truly historic rooms in a very historic building. Buffet breakfast offered. Lots of interesting and quirky places to sit. Lovely garden. On a busy road. Ten pounds to park but plenty of free places nearby.”

“Security guard went over his work remit by going out of his way to help me,excellent customer support from him. A manager I didn't take her name but she too gave me fabulous customer support. The only issue I had at the till I was told my Nectar card was blocked so I have to call Sainsbury's to fix it & add 100 points from shopping apparently I've got to do within 30 days. All this means I won't call,not convenient”
