“This Pets at Home branch is very organised and professional. There was a warm greeting upon entry to the store from Bart and then a lovely young lady supported me with information about hamsters. “Can't speak highly enough of Lisa and Tao. We had a pretty frustrating experience as FTB, with conveyancing that dragged on for months (sellers even changing solicitors halfway through), but SeOUL were the one highlight. Lisa was on the phone chasing both sets of solicitors, sourcing planning documents from the council, anything she could do to keep the purchase moving forwards. Lost count of how many times I called or emailed but they were never anything but helpful and quick to respond. Edit: would like to add that since we moved in, Tao has been round to help us work out how to use the heat pump, and collect post for the sellers. Lovely bloke.”
