These guys fitted me in about an hour after I called them, for a spot half hour before they closed on a Thursday afternoon which was a really nice touch! “I have had a mole on my back for years which really bothered me and I thought was so ugly. The NHS would not remove it so I was so glad I found Samantha at Complexshone. She made me feel so comfortable and she was really caring and professional. The treatment room was very clean and Samantha explained the process very clearly to me. She explained she could not remove the mole but she could do a treatment to reduce the mole and after the healing was complete, the mole is virtually gone. I never knew this was possible and I’m so happy with the results and would definitely go back for anything else I need.”

“A little gem. Went here last night very friendly nice lady serving us we decided to have the Korean hot pot as we had never tried before and sounded really nice. We had to move tables as all are not equipped with heat for the hot pot but it wasn’t an issue. The food came quick and tasted absolutely delicious. On top of that it was pretty good value for money. A nice little place with nice staff and amazing food what more could you ask for. Will definitely be going back.”

“Staff always friendly, Costa coffee machine available, deli counter has some tasty bites. Waitrose has a little bit of everything, chilled meals, sandwiches, biscuits and snacks as well as car maintenance essentials air fresheners to anti freeze.”

“Nice restaurant although was very noisy from upstairs when I was there. The food was nice but I have written to the Pizza Express head office about the size of the pizzas for vegans with a gluten free base, they are soooo much smaller is it actually discriminating again vegans, they should be the same size or offer 2 sizes. The difference is ridiculous. I know this is nothing to do with Pizza Express Kingston, it is a problem in every resturant and its not fair. I applaud them for catering for vegans and gluten intolerant people but they need to go the extra step to be perfect. The service was great and the resturant was nice so I do recommend it.”
