Excellent blood draw and remarkable people skills. Explained the processes clearly so nothing was a surprise. I cannot possibly be more satisfied with my experience today. It's a shame he's not my actual GP! The Receptionist was polite and very helpful. I also had a good experience with the Nurse regarding my history and vaccine options. She was very to the point and did not use any jargon. Thanks so much to the entire team here! To anyone who is as worried or nervous as I was, it's not nearly as stressful as it seems.”

I just joined this GP a year ago as I moved in Uxbridge. Receptionist are very friendly and helpful. Over the time me and my wife spoke with receptionist and GP so many times regarding us and our little 6 months old son. The service we have received so far is beyond our expectations. (Ringo payment) The receptionist was lovely patient with me because I couldn’t speak very loudly being out of breath. I was early and that was also not a problem. I sat and waited and watched the receptionist who was so good at her job. Dealing with one difficult man who was trying to jump the queue so politely and yet did not allow him to jump in early. This young lady wore a scarf. The lady who did my breathing test was kind and took her time, she was very affirming and good explanation of the process. Her bedside manner was fabulous. If I wasn’t moving to Norfolk soon I would move there for my Dr’s.”
