Jane and Kim both went above and beyond with trying to find the styles and sizes I asked for and were extremely helpful in making recommendations along the way, with a friendly, positive attitude the whole time. I know what it’s like having to work a weekend and was very appreciative of their chirpy demeanour. Every store I’ve visited has always had helpful staff, which is why I keep going back. “I.m used to jd sports having disinterested staff so when I visited the epsom branch I was pleasantly surprised. The young man who helped me was proactive and patient, friendly and smiley. I was so impressed I went out of my way to go here last week after receiving some vouchers for my kids. Again the staff were great. “I always avoided this Boots as there are fer less products (cosmetics) compared to the one at Canada Square and the staff was always too relaxed and dismissive. But I have to say THANK YOU to Fiz, one of the staff members there. He has helped me in at least three separate occasions: once with a refund, another time with a product change and another time with advice ordering the product I was looking for (its was out of stock for several days in a few shops). He deserves to be praised for his hard work and I’m sure grateful for him being there.”

“The store is a very well organised to begin with. The sections of the shoes and sandals and casual wear are nicely presented and there is considerable variety of quality options. The office has its own line of shoes also which are of great quality and I bought one pair for formal wear and the quality and manufacture of the product is excellent and I can say that with some credibility because I have many pairs of very good quality formal wear shoes. The staff is very helpful and kind. The store assistants are very efficient despite of it being very busy all the time. Over all I am very happy and I recommend it.”
