“I was super happy with this service. I received very fast responses from Alan and he was very professional. I was having a painting sent internationally from the UK to the US. Everything went super smoothly. They picked up when they said they would and they packed the package amazingly well. I was expecting a minimum of 3-5 days to receive it and maybe up to 2-3 weeks for customs. I couldn't believe it but we ended up receiving the package next working day (plus a weekend). Painting was in perfect condition. Will definitely use again.”

Chris and his team are fantastic – they genuinely care about the wellbeing of the animals they treat. One of my dogs has a long-term health condition, and I trust Chris and the other vets 100% with his care. We previously had a bad experience with another vet who seemed more focused on money than our dog’s health. That made us realise how important it is to find a vet who truly cares – and Chris and the team at Richmond are exactly that. They’re not in it for the money; they’re in it for the animals. Secondly, they definitely take care of the dogs entrusted to them very well. I had a dog that was terminally ill, and the days he spent here were amongst the happiest in his life.
