“I've been to this store a handful of times, sometimes to buy something, sometimes to leave batteries or small electronics. The recycling basket is right at the end of the store and usually there's nobody there. I think the store is a bit short-staffed, you sometimes have to wait a good few minutes if you need help. However, the staff that is there has always been friendly and helpful to me. The store also has a good range of products”

“Purchased a tumble dryer that stopped working and manufacturer was proving unhelpful and impossible to communicate with. Had to go into the store in Friern Bridge retail park to get help. The matter was resolved by the brilliant Salma who went out of her way to get the faulty dryer written off and replaced. Her time and effort mean I left the store very happy. “Our fridge freezer failed after a prolonged spell of hot weather, so a replacement had to be found. We shopped around but speed was of the essence. As it turned out the best deal for both product and installation speed was Visions, our local Euronics store. Fiona was able to source a Bosch that fitted our specification and installed it within a couple of days, (weekend included) removing the old one for a reasonable charge. Result -- one happy customer.”

My compression sleeves takes ages to come through so Jean makes sure she has a set in stock ready for my next prescription. I was about to go on holiday and one of the prescription items was not in stock - Jean phoned round and got it from another branch so I would have it to take on holiday.
