“Stephie is an excellent educational psychologist with a great deal of experience in neuro disability. We have worked alongside Stephie with regards to several young people with CVI. Stephie is very approachable, warm and truly listens to families and their concerns with regards to their children. When carrying out assessments, she is sensitive and reassuring and does her utmost to accommodate the needs of the child. For many children with CVI, assessments can prove very triggering, many children are traumatised from previous experiences and also may be out of education. Stephie has a very good understanding of CVI and has worked with us extremely collaboratively. Stephie is at present a rarity, in that many psychologists have little experience of assessing or working with children with CVI and accommodating their needs. Most importantly she has a very caring personality and adopts a truly holistic approach. The CVI Society”

“I have been using Active Pet for the last 4 years both with my Labrador Retriever and Coonhound Cross, both of whom have had complex joint issues. Phillipa has been amazing and has made a huge positive impact on their quality of life in their later years. They are always happy to arrive and trot in for what we refer to as ‘spa day’. I would highly recommend her. Treatments have included hydrotherapy and laser therapy and a little incentivised homework of course.”

“I made an appointment for Tuesday 18th with Lucas as I had been experiencing pain and tightness in my left hip area and left upper thigh. I was unable to sleep on my left side, with walking and sitting also feeling uncomfortable! In just one appointment Lucas has managed to improve both areas hugely, where I can now sleep on my left side again and I am sitting and moving pain free! I have booked another appointment just to give him more time to see if he can soften the area further! Whilst I no longer compete in top level sport, I have come across many massage therapists in my time! I can honest say what Lucas has done in one session is fantastic! I will be recommending him and will not hesitate to use him again if/when I need in the future! Much appreciated Lucas!”

“This is my first time receiving online therapy. I began with a 30 minute consultation, where Sarah was very accommodating and informative. I truly felt like I got all the information I needed to see if she was the right therapist for me. She was warm and casual, which made me relaxed and felt instantly at ease. Sarah has been exceptional in helping me work through issues, as well as helped me gain the confidence to be more assertive. While online therapy is convenient, it can also be challenging. When challenges arise, Sarah has been very flexible and has taken onboard my concerns. I live in a different time zone, and Sarah has been very accommodating to this. “I was devastated when my dog broke his leg one late evening. Worried and anxious, I contacted Ctvet first thing in the morning and left a voicemail, hoping for a prompt response. To my relief, they called us back as soon as they opened. When we arrived at the clinic, Stefano greeted us with warmth and understanding, which immediately put my mind at ease. He quickly gave my dog an injection to relieve his pain and took the time to explain the treatment plan, reassuring me that he was in good hands. The next morning, my dog was scheduled for orthopaedic surgery. It was difficult to leave him at the clinic overnight, but I knew he was getting the best possible care. When I returned to pick him up in the evening, I was overjoyed to see him happy and playful, albeit slightly tired from the sedation. Martina thoroughly explained each medication and provided helpful leaflets for at-home care, which increased my peace of mind. I am sincerely grateful for everyone's compassion and professionalism at Ctvet. “I’ve just had Mobile Pet Vaccination Service Ltd at my home to medicate my 3 small Bichon’s. Rosi and Galina were on time, smart, brought everything needed and the dogs loved them. No shivering anxious waiting in a vet clinic. They were cuddled, vaccinated and went off to play straight after. Highly recommended and they cover a wide area. (I asked as I’m moving from near Harrow out to beyond Wokingham.). They also can prescriptions for regular worming, tick/flea meds and these are now easily dispensed over the internet. I’m very impressed and will be continuing to use their services. (They also advise and carry out travel vaccines for your cats and dogs.)”

“Sadly my poor Dachshund Otis had to have surgery for IVDD. We are so fortunate to live so close to The Pet and Health Therapy in Welling, a ten minute ride away. Geoff has been looking after Otis since he as able to retrieve treatment, Physio and Laser at home, and now just started Hydrotherapy at the centre. Geoff is so knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with complex animal injuries, and it has been an absolute pleasure to see my Otis improving over time. Keep up the great work guys.”

I was given an easy form to complete online and we made an appointment. The paperwork was already completed by the time I arrived and I was in and out of the practice in less than ten minutes.
