“We are first time dog owners and quite nervous about getting it all right - we found Grant through a Google search and he’s been fantastic. Given us a lot of his time (without charge) getting to know our dog and inviting me on a walk with other dogs in his care. He’s now doing regular training sessions and has made a huge difference in our dog’s behaviour. Actively encourages regular updates and videos so he can fine tune what he’s taught us. An absolute gent too. Can’t recommend more highly!”

“We stayed here last weekend so we could attend the Rugby World Cup Final & the staff couldn’t have been nicer! Hotel was easy to get to & parking was available on sight if you arrived early enough. The hotel was modern, clean and tidy. There is a Costa, a bar and a really nice restaurant. The staff were so helpful during check-in and all of the staff in the restaurants were beyond h delightful - they even managed to sit and feed 9 of us late at the night! Joffan looked after us so well! The rooms were clean, tidy and the bed was so comfortable. We all commented on how quiet the rooms were - will definitely be back for our next Twickenham visit!”

“I stayed here for a few days in May. The staff is lovely - very happy to assist with suggestions for nearby activities and food options. I had requested for a ground floor room due to luggage and they accommodated me. It’s within a short walking distance of the tube station and plenty of options to eat nearby. The room was comfortably sized and the only downside of the ground floor room was the noise from people checking in/out in the morning. I chose this place because of the convenient location and had no problem navigating with my luggage for my journey to Heathrow. I was able to keep my bags post checkout time as I had a late departure and everyone on the staff was super nice.”

“My recent stay at this airport hotel was a pleasant surprise. As a chain property near the airport, it offered great convenience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. While the facilities are somewhat dated, the hotel makes up for it with its excellent breakfast. Though the selection was simple, the food was delicious, and the server in the dining area had such a warm and welcoming attitude that it really brightened the start of my day. A solid choice for a comfortable and hassle-free stay before a flight.”

“We visited Jack’s Bar at the Hilton Garden Inn specifically for the Christmas dinner and were absolutely delighted with our experience. We had a wonderful time! The menu was very diverse and, most importantly, delicious. The service was outstanding thanks to the staff. Special thanks to Mishel for the most delicious cocktails, and also to Satish, Sumit, Marian and Alona — an amazing team. “I was travelling alone and had a long early morning flight ahead so moved from another hotel in central London to Aerotel London at Heathrow Terminal 3, and I'm so glad I did! I had a single room with no window, and I had no plans other than to sleep, so, while it was small, it was convenient, clean and comfortable. I had three suitcases and they fit conveniently in front of the bed, and there is a small bench where you can rest an open case to go through it. There are three hangers on a stylish set of holders for your clothes/outer-wear. There is a kettle and complimentary tea and coffee, and there is a small restaurant on the 3rd floor called the Library. The lobby has some snacks and drinks for purchase also. Check-in and check-out were both easy, and the staff were friendly. Considering this is in the middle of an airport, it was so quiet! I will definitely stay here on my next transit through Terminal 3.”

“I popped into Boots on Hounslow High Street for a last‑minute travel‑size toiletries top‑up. The store was open early (around 8:30am) which was great for a weekday run. It’s easy enough to get around, and I found what I needed — shampoo, toothpaste and a small pack of pain‑killers. Staff at the counter were polite and efficient when I checked out. I also noticed they had a fair selection of beauty and skincare items, so it’s good for both essentials and little treats. On the downside, some of the shelves felt a bit sparse — a few items I wanted were out of stock. But overall it felt convenient, especially if you’re after quick everyday essentials.”

A bottle of diet coke in this boots will cost you £2.50 Vs £4.99 at WHSmith. the store has most of what you might need and food wise they have meal deals available too.”

“I went to Boots in Hounslow West because I needed the teething gel for my baby to relieve his pain. No pharmacy in our area had these kind of products available, but this Boots had such a wide range. When I arrived the store was close because the staff members had a lunch break, which I forgot to check prior to my visit, however Dharmen, one of the staff members notice me waiting outside and open the door for me. Not only that, but he also asked immediately what I'm looking to purchase and he was very quick to find the perfect product for my baby. I did not have to wait long to pay and I was very pleased with how professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly he was during my visit. I wish more people had such an excellent customer service skills as Dharmen has!”

The store has always sufficient stock of daily essentials like milk, bread, eggs, cleaning products, toiletries, etc. It is one stop shop for everything. “This Boots drugstore is very small, but you can find everything you might need on a whim—toiletries, some medications, healthy snacks, and plenty of chilled drinks. The prices are better than any other store in the airport, so I would recommend buying things there! There are self-checkout counters where you can get assistance if needed. The employees are quick and friendly.”
