“Great small practice, their main practice surgery is over in footscray but this is more local to me for checkups and boosters and first point of call if there are any problems with my dogs. Staff are very good, receptionists are always very chatty and polite. It's not a cheap place but show me a vet practice that is that can match the care this practice has given my dogs over the years.”

“A vets that care, not just about your pet, but also about you and how difficult finances are for most at the moment. From looking at previous reviews- they may get it wrong sometimes (they’re only human) but they do care and they also help you to prevent things. A lot of vets won’t help you prevent problems because they want the big bill. But this vets will warn you before it costs you a fortune”

“All the staff at the London animal hospital are wonderful and very caring. Unfortunately we had to have our kitten to put to sleep, and they went above and beyond ensuring we knew the risks of trying to treat him and what we could expect.They allowed me to take my time and say goodbye properly, and I know for a fact he was given so much love by everyone there when he had to go. The vets and the veterinary nurses I have seen are an absolute credit to this place. They checked in with us frequently afterwards, which was a lovely touch. They treated the situation with care and respect and I will always always use this veterinary practice. They have also been brilliant with our other cat, and the fact they remember both yours and your pets name when you have to visit makes you feel incredibly welcome. I love that they are open 24/7, and having made a late night trip, the level of care is always to the highest standard. Thanks again, you guys are amazing!”

“I took my dog in today to see nurse Abbie due to a lump that appeared on my dogs leg. Abbie was extremely kind, attentive and thorough. I was worried about whether the lump was benign or not and she kindly took my dog to the vet who pricked the lump and was able to confirm that it was a cyst. Everything she explained to me was clear and it really felt like she took the time help.”

“Cerdic Grimbly is the best Veterinary Surgeon along with Holly Swaby and Emma Whitaker. All the Veterinary Nurses, Support Staff and the Practice Manager have always been absolutely fantastic with me and both of my Cats over the past few years. Even when I had to put one of my Cats to sleep they were very professional, understanding and compassionate. They also sent a lovely condolence card. I went to Midland Veterinary Surgery again today with my newest Cat for his 6 month health check, yearly vaccination, nail clipping, de-worming, flea treatment and he is doing really well and is very healthy. I will definitely keep on coming here for many more years to come. I really reccomend this Surgery for your pets. Thank you for a 5 star service!”

“Our cat unfortunately went missing in March. I had an email out of the blue in July from Parkvets to say she had been handed in along with 6 kittens. She was just about to be neutered when she vanished. We had previously been told by a local vet that she was a he, but that's another story. She had somehow travelled from Lincoln to Sidcup! Parkvets were marvelous. Looking after her and the kittens. Even taking photos and sexing them and weighing. I will be for ever grateful to them for tracking me down and reuniting us. An excellent vets.”

We first took our beloved Nico to Alan to have some dental work carried out a few years ago & more recently during his final months, following a bought of ill health, to Nico's final visit yesterday when we sadly made the difficult decision to put him to sleep. Alan is a wonderful vet, so knowledgeable, kind & considerate, we have never felt rushed whenever we had cause to see him. “What a lovely place and service. Raj has been truly amazing in devoting his time and patience to desensitising my dog who was severly anxious of vet visits in the past. He has won his trust and confidence and can now be examined and treated while remaining calm - he is a different dog and Raj a "dog whisperer"! “I have been using vets 4 pets for 15 years now, staff have always been friendly, professional and helpful. Both of my dogs enjoy their visits, today's visit went exceptionally well as Oscar responded well to the vet ( I can't remember her name) and was very relaxed during the consultation. For safety reasons I have to bring a muzzle with me in case he becomes scared or is in pain but today he remained calm throughout , he really liked the vet , she was excellent with him and I will definitely be asking if Oscar is able to see her for future appointments.”

“After a few weeks of being treated by the vets here for an infection that is rare in the uk and caused by a tick we had to say goodnight to our most precious boy. Whilst having treatment here and being hospitalised several times I cannot fault this practice. He was treated like one of their own and all of the staff were caring and so supportive of not just my dog but also myself and my son. This includes all staff including reception staff, vet nurses, vets and anybody else behind the scenes. My poorly dog absolutely loved the attention he got from everyone he met there. I was kept well informed at every step and knew he was in the best hands and that to me is priceless. We have been absolutely devastated by this huge loss but thankyou from the bottom of our hearts for the love and care you gave to our baby. I will never forget it. Xx”

“We came back to this Medivet after a number of visits to our more local branch over the years left us disappointed. We had a rabbit and it often felt like some of the vets at the previous branch were a little out of their depth. These guys were great and really knowledgeable and caring. When we sadly said goodbye to our old boy in June, they were fantastic. We've come home after some time away to his ashes and a wonderful little box containing some of his fur and his paw print.
