I needed someone trusted, especially since my dog arrived from another country, and I can honestly say I can not imagine anyone else looking after my Lusia. Betti is very knowledgeable, committed, and loves her job. My dog is so happy to see her every single time. She posts pictures and videos from every walk, so I can see how happy my dog is with other furry friends and what great progress she has made. And despite the fact that we moved house, we choose to drive 50 mins to Wimbledon Village (and 50 back) and take our dog there because we simply haven’t found a better groomer. Not for lack of trying, I can assure you. At George’s, they listen to what we want and actually do that. Absolutely the best, thank you for making our boy look so gorgeous every 6 weeks, despite his attempts to be as messy as possible in the meantime:)”

The frozen products were all kept well frozen with good packaging and ice blocks. I would prefer the larger ice blocks that "Hello Fresh" use if possible, on my next order. “I came to Big City Dog for my 4-year-old Bernedoodle, Winston’s first big haircut in London. We came on thr recommendation of a friend and I could not be more grateful that we took her advice. I was so nervous for his haircut because we’ve had some pretty awful ones over the years. This completely exceeded my expectations. Not only were they on time, but they also gave me plenty of notice so that I knew when he would be ready for pick up. I’m so impressed that they listened to everything that I wanted for his grooming and more. This may be my favourite haircut of his ever! There’s also an adorable boutique in the front and I will be back just for the matcha alone. Winston was so well taken care of and it’s easy to see that they love dogs of all shapes and sizes. Even though it’s not directly in our neighbourhood, I will make the trek over for this kind of service. I cannot wait to go back with Winston. Highly recommend! Thank you!”

“I am leaving a review only based on my short experience with the owner and how amazing she was advising me on many areas that I was not too sure about. She was incredibly friendly and helpful. Also whilst I was there, I noticed the level of care and attention the whole team devoted to the dogs being groomed there. They were super attentive, and sweet to the dogs, making them feel comfortable and safe. I love it in there and cannot wait for the new space to open. Will definitely be visiting again and will be promoting their brand to any dog pawrents I know. I have a short hair dachshund so cannot really comment on their grooming skills as my dog has no fur to be honest. But looking forward to try the dental care offering in the near future.”

My dogs recently has a patch of fur shave for an anesthetic and after Amber's expert attention its barely visible so I'm now adding the doggie version of 'cosmetic surgery' to the long list of talents of the super team at Hollywood houndz”

“Needed a cheap place to stay while I visited London with my wife and with all the uncertainty of travel, this hotel felt really nice to get back to at the end of the day. Wonderful staff. Very nice people. Cleaning service was great. After the full week, I would say it was easily worth the money. It's not too far from the train stations so it didn't feel too far out of the way from visiting points.”

“Recently visited a lovely city farm located in Islington, about 10 mins walk from the Underground station. It’s not very large, but it houses a variety of animals, including pigs, rabbits, and sheep. The farm is well-maintained and clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere. It’s a great place for both adults and children to enjoy.”

“I can’t thank Two by Two Veterinary Centre enough for the care they’ve given my pet. I was anxious about bringing him in when he wasn’t feeling well, but the vet was so calm, gentle, and reassuring that it put me at ease right away. “Our cat unfortunately went missing in March. I had an email out of the blue in July from Parkvets to say she had been handed in along with 6 kittens. She was just about to be neutered when she vanished. We had previously been told by a local vet that she was a he, but that's another story. She had somehow travelled from Lincoln to Sidcup! Parkvets were marvelous. Looking after her and the kittens. Even taking photos and sexing them and weighing. I will be for ever grateful to them for tracking me down and reuniting us. “Thank you Sacha and team for being so friendly and patient with Kenji, who has only ever experienced grooming at home and can be nervous with new people. During bath time (and blow-dry), Emma was so gentle with him, and Kenji even chinned (and kissed) her during his first ever blueberry facial. Sacha was kind enough to teach me how hand-stripping should be done on a Miniature Schnauzer, and shared tips on how to maintain Kenji's coat at home which I appreciate very much! We really enjoyed visiting both Parsons Green/Fulham and Belgravia branches - you can tell how much thoughts and care have gone into both salons. We can't wait to visit again soon!
