“Always so far been a good service and spot on with everything from start to finish. Generally sale goods that are well price matched with others to be one of the better places to get realistic value for money. Never found anything priced bumped for making money from unsuspecting customers. Lastly there is fairly easy navigation with the website. I do however personally slightly struggle with finding the subscription part of it easily when needing to amend delivery times but likely that's more a me issue with technology in general rather than a negative for viovets website. For clarification I have been using viovet now for at least 3 or 4 years regularly”

“My kitten stayed here in December, his first time in a cattery. I was a very anxious cat mummy as Dylan is a rescue. I cannot praise this establishment enough. Not only did they post pictures and videos on their fb page . But they told me I could email if I was concerned. They replied promptly to all my emails and constantly reassured me . I had one very calm ,happy kitty when I returned from my holiday . So much so that I've booked him in for our holiday in July . The staff are so caring and so passionate about what they do , that no matter how anxious I feel about leaving my fur baby , I have every confidence that they will give him the same care and love as if he was their own and if I have a wobble they won't delay in letting me know that he is happy and ok . They even let me come and look round and meet the staff before his first stay . 10/10 on every aspect of my Dillsy's stay”

They have looked after our cat, Boy, so diligently and with expertise and care for the past few years, through a range of health issues. We recently had to have Boy put to sleep at the ripe old age of nearly 18, and everyone at the clinic, from Mandy on reception through to the incredible vets, Anders and Nicola (and everyone else there too) were so considerate and professional. “I have held a lifetime insurance policy for my dog Alfie for just over 2 years. Alfie has been fit and healthy, so I have not needed to contact Petplan until a few weeks ago when he was attacked by a dog. His treatment required sedation, stitches and hospital care. My vet submitted a claim on my behalf which was paid by Petplan on the same day that the claim was submitted. This is fantastic service and I would like to say a big thank you to the Petplan team.”

“The care and love my cat receives at Voo Vets in Pyrford , is extraordinary. He was very ill in December, but they got him right. In March he had an operation which went very well. I was especially impressed by the tiny stitches done by Vet Christina. Thank you Christina for your constant care of Bingo and to Receptionist Justine for always being so kind and helpful to me and my cat. I am so glad I moved Bingo to Voo in Pyrford.”

“Where do I even start with the amazing team at Medivet Kingsbury. I have been using this vets since moving to the area in around 2018 and I have found all the staff absolutely amazing. They will always go above and beyond for the animals they care for. I have 8 cats and 2 dogs which are banned breeds and I have always been made to feel very welcome and my pets have been treated with compassion, respect and care. Lauren and Ross have been amazing since I’ve attended the clinic and always help me out my disabled cat Mowgli who is a regular there for his grooming. I find both the girls to be very caring and kind and they will always go the extra mile to help. Chris has been amazing help with sorting out all my appointments and always shows such understanding and compassion when speaking to myself on the phone. Last but not least the amazing vet Hinnah who I have found to be absolutely incredible. All of my pets are very comfortable around her and I find her very professional and thorough when she is caring for any of my animals. “We bought our cat Trey in for an emergency appointment over the weekend, And sadly, he had to be put to sleep as his illness progressed too far. What turned out to be a shocking and really emotional experience, was supported very kindly and with compassion and patience by the staff at Roundwood Vets. “We've used Heron Vetinary/Medivet Morden for many years. They've always been very helpful and supportive, providing advice and reassurance. They have health packages available to help cover the cost of care for your fur family. When ours have had to cross the rainbow bridge, they show empathy and send bereavement gifts. They have also provided a grace period for payment. It can be expensive, but most vets are and they will explain all costs beforehand.”

“I took little pickle to the vets yesterday as she had injured her leg and was not putting any weight onto it. I don’t know the vets name and I wish I did but she was absolutely fantastic, and the girl at reception was also a lovely lady and very helpful when speaking to her. I couldn’t of asked for a better service. the vet was very honest, very helpful and great at keeping Pickle so calm when she was examining her. The vet gave Clootie a thorough check-up and provided clear advice on vaccinations, flea and worming treatments. We appreciated the information on pet insurance — it’s a challenging area to navigate, so the temporary Pet Plan cover was a helpful way to give us time to research other options. “Excellent boarding kennels! We’ve been using Canada Farm for many years for boarding and grooming. The kennels are immaculate and the staff are always friendly and super confident when handling the dogs. I totally recommend them and I wouldn’t take our dogs anywhere else.”
