“Cerdic Grimbly is the best Veterinary Surgeon along with Holly Swaby and Emma Whitaker. All the Veterinary Nurses, Support Staff and the Practice Manager have always been absolutely fantastic with me and both of my Cats over the past few years. Even when I had to put one of my Cats to sleep they were very professional, understanding and compassionate. They also sent a lovely condolence card. I went to Midland Veterinary Surgery again today with my newest Cat for his 6 month health check, yearly vaccination, nail clipping, de-worming, flea treatment and he is doing really well and is very healthy. We first took our beloved Nico to Alan to have some dental work carried out a few years ago & more recently during his final months, following a bought of ill health, to Nico's final visit yesterday when we sadly made the difficult decision to put him to sleep. “Bought 6 ember tetras here about a month ago. Despite it being nearly closing time, the staff were ever so helpful and friendly. They also showed genuine care for the fishes - they ensured that I had a fully matured fish tank of reasonable size and setting. They also gave me recommendations on where I could get good Indian Almond Leaves to manage the pH. I also saw them reject an inexperienced customer who wanted to keep fishes in a fish bowl (the fish will likely suffer), and for that, I highly respect them. The ember tetras are doing well - sorry for the algae-stained glass in the very bad picture!”

“Has most of the items you would need for various pets. I have a ball python and the staff an knowledgeable about them and have the frozen rats i need for food. Staff all seem like genuine pet lovers/animal lovers which goes a long way in these kind of stores. Shoped here for many years for dog/snake/guinea pigs. Always helpfull.”

“Sadly had to have our kitten put to sleep due to a brain disorder meaning he couldn't stand, walk, wasn't eating or drinking and messing on himself. Lady vet we had couldn't have been kinder. Explaining that he probably had more wrong with his brain than we knew of. She treated Archie with kindness and was really patient with us where we were upset. She helped make a really hard moment that much easier”
