“I have been using Active Pet for the last 4 years both with my Labrador Retriever and Coonhound Cross, both of whom have had complex joint issues. Phillipa has been amazing and has made a huge positive impact on their quality of life in their later years. They are always happy to arrive and trot in for what we refer to as ‘spa day’. I would highly recommend her. Treatments have included hydrotherapy and laser therapy and a little incentivised homework of course.”

“I’ve just had Mobile Pet Vaccination Service Ltd at my home to medicate my 3 small Bichon’s. Rosi and Galina were on time, smart, brought everything needed and the dogs loved them. No shivering anxious waiting in a vet clinic. They were cuddled, vaccinated and went off to play straight after. Highly recommended and they cover a wide area. (I asked as I’m moving from near Harrow out to beyond Wokingham.). They also can prescriptions for regular worming, tick/flea meds and these are now easily dispensed over the internet. I’m very impressed and will be continuing to use their services. (They also advise and carry out travel vaccines for your cats and dogs.)”

“Sadly my poor Dachshund Otis had to have surgery for IVDD. We are so fortunate to live so close to The Pet and Health Therapy in Welling, a ten minute ride away. Geoff has been looking after Otis since he as able to retrieve treatment, Physio and Laser at home, and now just started Hydrotherapy at the centre. Geoff is so knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with complex animal injuries, and it has been an absolute pleasure to see my Otis improving over time. Keep up the great work guys.”

I was given an easy form to complete online and we made an appointment. The paperwork was already completed by the time I arrived and I was in and out of the practice in less than ten minutes. “Jemma provided an excellent standard of care for my two guinea pigs while I was away for a week. One of our piggies is on medication and Jemma’s experience and knowledge was amazing. “Andrew’s reputation preceded him when I first became a dog owner 25 years ago. He’s always been straight forward and gentle with the diagnosis and treatment of my furry friends. You can see how relaxed Bell Cat is after her examination and she doesn’t run away when she sees her carry crate come out of the garage ready for her next visit. The reception staff are also patient and kind which helps immensely when you’re anxiously waiting to be seen. They can also give guidance in regards to wildlife. An all round GREAT Vet!”

“I've been with Elands since I got my dog and they are absolutely brilliant. They are the kindest, nicest people and every visit is a nice experience. When I've been worried about something I've phoned up and spoken to one of the knowledgeable receptionists and they've given me the best advice. They never try to up sell anything and I think they give amazing value for money. Honestly I don't have a bad word to say about them all!”

“I needed a lot of things for a new dog, so I did a quick search of "pet shops near me" and Waggles came up (Chatterton Road and West Wickham High Street). CR was closest, plenty of parking outside (pay by app or phone). Inside the shop was all sorts of things for cats, dogs and other animals. I bought a ball, biscuits, harness, lead, treats and even some doggie ice cream. The shop assistant was very helpful. If youv'e got a pet, you will definitely find most things that you need here.”

“Nice to go to a vets that do not judge you, listen to your pets needs, offer advice on what is best for your pet regarding treatment, no guilt tripping you or forcing you to spend loads of money on pet bills. They even offer a repayment plan when the bills get high & you are on a low income or do not have pet insurance. Highly recommend.”

“I cannot recommend Simon and the team enough. I rushed in last week on a Tuesday with my chihuahua who was very suddenly unwell as my vet wouldn't see him. I am not registered with Weybridge vet and I didn't even call, I just showed up, but they took me in immediately and began helping my dog. They ended up keeping him and calling me regularly with updates. They saw him again the following day and he had deteriorated so they treated him whilst I was still there so that they could talk me through everything they were doing to keep my mind at ease. They then referred him to The Ralph for further investigation. It is now the following Tuesday and they called me to check in on Stanley. He has made a full recovery now and will have a follow up in a week just to check in. The care shown by all of the reception staff and veterinary staff is second to none. I cannot be more thankful and appreciative and will be moving my 3 other dogs from our current vet to this vet.”

“My dog hurt his left back leg jumping off a small wall, My local branch was closed so I was redirected to the Dartford branch, which offers a 24hour service. the vet checked his leg nothing broken so I was given anti inflamatory medicine. I was very happy with the service I received.”
