“I have been collecting me prescription from Baba's for as long as I can remember as it is my local pharmacy. I have always found the staff very friendly and courteous. I call and check that my prescription is ready before arriving so that I do not have to wait. My repeat is ready in 3 working days. A special shout to Tariq and all the other staff. I am always greeted with a warm smile. Great Pharmacy. Keep doing what you are are doing in order to safeguard the well being of your customers.”

“Went to the doctors surgery on Monday this week. Saw a clinical pharmacist. At the end of the consultation, the clinical pharmacist made a change to my prescription. She left me for a few minutes and went to speak to a doctor to get his approval, to the changes to my prescription. After a few minutes she came back and told me, the doctor has approved the change and prescription would be ready for collection in around 10 minutes. I said I could collect prescription the following day. She said it will take 10 minutes and you can collect it and leave. The time was 3:50pm. I waited till 4:10pm, and went to the till at the Pharmacy and asked if the prescription was ready. Your staff checked on the computer and told me nothing had come over for me yet. Your member of staff kept the computer open, so if my prescription came over, it could be made up straight away. At 4:30pm I told your staff, I was going to leave and collect the prescription another day. Your staff told me to check with the doctor's reception, to see if my prescription was ready. I went to the doctor's reception. The receptionist told me, my prescription had not yet been authorised, and it could take 5 minutes or longer. The time was now 4:40pm, I told the doctor's receptionist. "At 3:50pm a Clinical pharmacist had spoken to a doctor, and the doctor had given the prescription their approval. so why should it take almost an hour to authorise the prescription". The receptionist went away for a couple of minutes and came back and told the prescription was now authorised. I asked her why did it so long, and all the receptionist would say is "it's ready now". I went back to the Pharmacy, and prescription was ready for collection in a few minutes. While I was waiting for the prescription for almost an hour, your 2 members of staff who were working that day, were always polite and helpful to me, they kept checking on the computer to see if my prescription had come over, and they also told me to go and check if my prescription was ready with the doctor's reception. If it wasn't for your staff help, I wouldn't have got my prescription that day. It's shame that some of the other staff in the health centre are not as helpful as your staff. Thanks again to you and all your staff for good service over the years.”

All staff are so welcoming and friendly and have always gone above and beyond to help me out, even though they were never my original go-to pharmacy: such as ordering in emergency medication when I was in dire need, adding reminders/texts when my items are available and even becoming familiar with my meds and asking if I knew how to use each variety of medication and explaining it to me (sounds simple I know, but many other pharmacists do not do this and just give you the bag). “Always so helpful and polite. Once I had medication which I had to find very quick for my baby and we couldn’t find it anywhere, it was prescribed by the GP surgery. Thanks to the owner we found the medication in another pharmacy placed in Burnt oak. He was calling the GP, trying to find alternative medication, was calling me and giving me ideas where to call, even was giving me the numbers of certain pharmacies where I can check. “This is a very Nice little chemist located on North road in Islington , been going there a while now to get my smoking patches. There is a security Guard (I’m not sure if his an Actual payed employee of the Pharmacy) But he keeps a good watch on the pharmacy from the balcony directly about the chemist so you really do feel reassured and safe when picking up your medications. Also the staff make you feel extremely welcome, when entering and leaving the premises they greet you by saying ‘Alright mate’ , ‘how our you Mate’ , take care mate. I always leave the pharmacy feeling very happy with a big smile on my face knowing I’m there Mate. Happy new year”

The male pharmacist named Bob is such a genuine, decent, kind and sincere person who goes above his duty as a pharmacist and seems to be in the profession to actually help people. The first time he helped me with a better version of medication as the one prescribed was unsuitable. He then (without me asking)went above and beyond contacting different manufacturers and really and truly took it upon himself to be helpful. So unexpected in todays world where customer service largely is an ancient myth of a bygone era or that’s how it feels sometimes. Today, once again he went above and beyond and took steps to rectify a problem and offered two solutions I didn’t request that resolved my problem. Seriously, to say I am thankful for such kindness and empathy is an understatement. He is a rare angel In this oftentimes cold world.
